Ordered via telephone shortly after same day delivery cut off, stated they would try and deliver same day but possibly tomorrow. Very helpful staff produced these gorgeous flowers which arrived within the hour on the same day! Will use again, thank you so much!

The posy I ordered for a funeral was beautiful. I requested a particular flower to be included, which was no bother. I ticked the box to pay £2.50 for a card, but did not realise this was a full size card in an envelope and I had only written a small note. I was contacted to ask if I would prefer the £2.50 to go towards additional flowers instead and the normal small card would be attached. This was much appreciated. The shop has been used by a family member for years and I would have no hesitation in recommending this florist, they could not have been more helpful.

I ordered flowers (Pink Surprise) for a Plympton-based family member's birthday. They arrived on the day, no issues with delivery and the flowers were fantastic. She absolutely loved them, said they were some of the best flowers she had seen in a long time. She also said she knew of Flower Fayre, and were well known for great flowers. I collected the loveliest 'florist's choice bouquet' arrangement of flowers this morning, hand tied in water. I ordered the bouquet for my wife for our wedding anniversary and she absolutely loves the arrangement and choice and variety of the flowers. Over the years that I have been using Flower Fayre they have consistently been very good, Catherine and her team are clearly very talented. Thank you Flower Fayre.

I ordered congratulations flowers and chocolates to be delivered the following week. Everything was organised very professionally and the flowers were delivered on the day requested and the recipients were very pleased so Thankyou. I would recommend this company.

I was tasked by my Manager (at midday!) to find somewhere to deliver champagne and chocolates to client, with same day delivery. Flower Fayre was the only place I can find on Google that could potentially offer this. When I looked on the website, the same day delivery wasn't available, so I called and spoke to Kat who was very helpful and managed to turn this around quickly for me and plans to deliver today. I can't comment on the champagne and chocolates, but the service is definitely 5 stars. Thank you!

The flowers are great but the message is not exactly what I wrote on the order . Missed out one word and the sentence is meaningless.. too bad for my daughter's graduation day.. We can't be there cause covid situation, cannot fly to UK, so we want it to be perfect but not !

I have just celebrated our silver wedding anniversary and wanted flowers from here as we did 25 years ago! The girls were so helpful.
