I used Dollz Confetti after seeing countless rave reviews - and now I would like to add to their spotless reputation! Thank you Dollz for providing the most stunning confetti for my wedding day! The ordering process was simple - despite it taking me about 2 months to decide as they are all so beautiful - the confetti arrived promptly and was exactly as described! On the day, we chose to place into baskets for people to take handfuls to throw and we had provided with the exact right amount as guided on the website. Today, we received the confetti shot and wow, wow, WOW! I am now even more in love! It has created the confetti shot of dreams! Thank you Dollz - I am truly grateful and will 100% recommend you to anybody and everybody!

Really pleased with my purchase. Came really quickly. I ordered the bamboo cone set with comes with a large bag of confetti which is plenty to fill the 20 cones. IF YOU WANT THE BEST CONFETTI PICTURES CHOOSE DOLLZ CONFETTI!!! Literally have no words for how perfect our wedding confetti was!!! When we started looking we knew we wanted something that was biodegradable and good for the planet and then we came across Dollz and fell in love. We had a delayed order so they came a week prior to the wedding and it came with small clear bags and cute stickers to make little bags of confetti for guests. These guys were great in terms of getting my order out super quick when I needed it last minute for our wedding. The product was good quality too. However, we ordered the rainbow round pieces and they arrived with hundreds stuck together, so we had to spend hours sitting there picking them apart to make the confetti usable, they wouldn't flutter otherwise. I also supposedly bought enough for 90 people according to their guide but 10 people barely scraped two handfuls each - lucky I ordered 9 x the amount we needed!!

I had been looking around for biodegradable confetti for a couple of months, but there was something that stood out about the confetti which Dollz Confetti had to offer. They have a beautiful range of colours and flowers which are all biodegradable! I spoke to their customer service team who gave me some advice on what confetti would be best to order and their website was super helpful in deciding what was best to buy in terms of how many guests would be attending my wedding. I purchased the Flutter fall confetti and chose to add the Metallic Colours in there too! The confetti arrived rather quickly and I was over the moon with my product choice and the quality of the product. Mixed review for this company. I placed an order for 7 litres of confetti on the fiver friday deal on 14th November. The order arrived promptly on 23rd November (although I had put a note in that the wedding wasn't until 12th March 2022 so delay if possible) its not that far away though so the fact it arrived quickly isn't really a problem. When I opened the package I found there to only be three litres inside the box so I emailed Dollz Confetti and they promptly came back to me asking for a photo so that they could resolve this for me. When I sent back the photo with the packed by sticker on they actually confirmed I'd been sent the completely wrong order as the confetti colour was wrong as well as not receiving the correct amount. They were flexible and gave me the option to have another 4 litres of confetti sent in the wrong colour or they could send 7 litres of confetti in the correct colour. I requested that the 7 litres in the correct colour be sent and they responded saying they would send it out that day (23rd November) I responded asking if their courier would collect the incorrect order at the same time that the correct order was delivered and they advised it would not and could I send it back to them second class postage and then they would refund me the cost of the postage. It got to 29th November and my correct order had still not arrived so I emailed asking whether it had been sent and I got the response that no the order had not been sent - that it was packed and ready to be sent but they were waiting to receive the incorrect order back from me before they sent the order out to me. Unfortunately as a customer this is not great after care - I am sent an incorrect order by a company - yes this was a mistake - but a mistake that wasn't due to myself; then I am expected to go out of my way to A - repackage the incorrect order, B - deliver it to a post office to be returned and C pay £3.20 postage in good faith to a company just to receive my order that I had placed correctly. This is not customer friendly. I did not get chance to get to a post office until the following week and I had not received my correct order so I did not want to return an incorrect order before the issue had been resolved. After emailing them on the 29th they did then put my correct order in the post and I managed to get to the post office on 1st Dec so posted their incorrect order back and they did refund the postage straight away on receiving the picture of the receipt and I did receive the correct order that day too. To summarise - the order process was easy and simple (although difficult online to determine which colour in the picture is which on the drop down list) The order arrived promptly (albeit incorrect by mistake) The company were quick to respond to the issue The correct order was received and the confetti is beautiful I got a good deal and paid a good price on the Fiver Friday offer However. The handling of order errors and incorrect orders being sent; whilst I'm sure is a rarity and not common; was not good. In the instance where a company sends out a product in error they should not expect a customer to return the wrong product before receiving their correct order and ideally the company should arrange the return of the incorrect order themselves rather than putting the customer out by having to visit a post office and pay the postage upfront.

I left my confetti order very late as we were unsure if it was allowed with all the covid restrictions in place.. although i chose urgent shipping I only had 12 days (9 working days) so I wasn't sure if it would arrive on time. Honestly couldn’t recommend Dollz Confetti enough! I’d completely forgotten about confetti for my wedding so was in a mad dash to get some and came across their website. As I needed my order in 6 days, I paid for 1st class delivery and popped them a message on Facebook to ask for an urgent order as they recommend on their website and it was with me within 36 hours of me placing it!! The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful and my petals are absolutely beautiful! Would use these 100x over (although hoping for only the one wedding ;) )

I cannot recommend Dollz Confetti enough - the variety of confetti options are pretty amazing! Our vicar was very strict and particular about confetti - As Dollz Confetti is made from petals we could use it at our Church! We had bamboo confetti cones with the cone holders which were just perfect! I recently ordered some resin place names too with the same confetti used at our wedding for the family at the Christmas dinner table! They are gorgeous - bigger than I expected too!

Very very poor customer service!!!!!! 1st i had to email dollz confetti to enquire about by order a week after because it took to long. They dispatched my order exactly in the same day as i probably remind them about it!! It took another 5 days until i received the package. Unfortunately for my surprise was only half of my order!!!! I emailed them twice but had no reply. I 1st asked them to send the rest of the order but when i realised they don't really care, i asked for refund of the order half. I really regret that it got to this as i was very pleased with the quality of the flowers. But now i have to look for a different supplier.

I found dollz confetti on Instagram and knew straight away I would get my confetti from them. The selection of confetti is amazing and the information they provide on each one is detailed. This is something that I found really helpful, seeing how a confetti falls is the most important part so the fact that they provide this information on their various platforms is great. I pre ordered the confetti for my wedding about 6/8 weeks prior to the date I needed it. The pre order process was super simple and fuss free and it arrived perfectly packaged and on time! I couldn’t recommend dollz confetti highly enough. I can’t wait to get my photographers pictures back to see the full confetti shots. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I am hoping they can preserve some of my bouquet flowers for me in their new resin designs!

I used Dollz Confetti for our wedding save the dates, and they were completely perfect! You can fully customise them and make them so personal its amazing and a really unique idea. They came really quick within the expected time frame and were really helpful throughout the process. I contacted them quite a few times to ask various questions both before and during the process and they were always super helpful & responsive. I have also ordered the resin place names for our wedding day, which I was able to preorder until closer to the date, which again is such a handy service. Dollz Confetti are only getting 3 stars because the product is so lovely. Customer service however is shocking!!! I did the buy now and receive later option. Fully understood it would arrive 2-4 weeks before the wedding. Fully aware this is their busy season. Less than 2 weeks to go and it hadn’t arrived. Sent a message via their Facebook as it’s the only way and was told “2-4 weeks prior to the date give which is 01-09”, to which I responded “ it’s 12 days to go”. Received my order with 11 days to go. I appreciate they are busy but as a bride this is unnecessary stress. In between all of this I added to my order via Facebook message and paid the invoice I was sent. I was told “your invoice won’t be updated but our records have been so your order will all arrive together”. Not to my surprise, my order arrived incomplete! Trying to get hold of Dollz confetti to rectify this was nearly impossible. I had to talk to the parent company Dollz to get any response and was just told “it was a mistake at our end, we will send the rest of your order today, sorry” I’ve received it and it’s 3 cones shorts. The only saving grace to this experience is that both packages arrived quickly and the confetti and cones are lovely. The parent company Dollz was quick to respond and answer my questions and fix the problems. I don’t think I would recommend Dollz confetti purely because of the stress it has caused me 10 days before my wedding.

After searching the Internet high and low, Dollz Confetti’s prices could not be beaten, not to mention they had the most beautiful products and packaging I had seen. Lovely confetti, and great choice. I did have an issue with my personalised poppers, not actually being personalised. They offered to send out stickers to pop on, but it was too late by then so I just used them. They did offer to refund any that hadn't been used, but due to timing I ended up just using anyway. The bamboo cones are amazing, the look and feel so expensive and lovely. Just love them. It was all boxed up beautifully and carefully. My only very small critique which is partly my fault was I forgot to include our wedding date on the personalised stickers, I sent a message on Facebook and was told this could be added but it wasnt. The confetti was lovely and smelled divine! They asked when he wedding was and so made sure it was delivered in time. At one point I was worried about when it would come and when I contacted them they replied within the day which set my mind at ease. The colours I chose were just what I wanted. Ordered two different packs of confetti (ivory and cheerilee. I found the company really easy to deal with and when I contacted them for advice, they were really friendly. The confetti was very colourful, and 3 litres was more than enough for 30 organza bags for my guests :)
