Messaged for flowers of a certain requirement at about 8am for a friend. I was emailed straight back advising they could do this for me, not the exact flowers but would do their best to make them as colourful as I wanted. Payed over the phone with free delivery through November and by 11.15 I received a picture and a thank you text of the most beautiful flowers to my friend a house, making her very happy, and myself as the buyer. After being let down, Harlequin Flowers stepped in last minute and arranged some beautiful flowers for my Mums birthday. She was over the moon. Went into the shop about a month ago for help sending flowers to my partner (sorry for the late review). I didn't have a clue what I was doing or buying but that was no problem, the staff inside were so helpful and arranged for a beautiful bouquet to be sent right to her door the next day. Harlequin Florist has been my 'go to’ florist for a few years now. Whether I have bought a Bouquet, an Aqua Box or a display in a vase, never have I been disappointed with the presentation or the longevity of the flowers. Last week I asked for an Aqua Box of flowers for my parents Diamond Wedding Anniversary. The emotion I felt on seeing them brought me to tears. I have never seen anything so beautiful. Words cannot express my gratitude. My Mum and Dad were blown away with how stunningly gorgeous they looked - and yes, Mum cried (with happiness!) too. Thank you SO VERY MUCH for everything. Your help, guidance, wanting to please and stunning flowers makes it a pure pleasure to shop with you.

Absolutely amazing flowers and outstanding customer service. The service at Harlequin Flowers is always excellent. Always professional and friendly. Not only do Harlequin do 1st class flowers but they have a fab range of quirky unusual cards and gifts. Great place for unique presents! Always a great shop to visit!
