This is the first time I have used this florist and I would highly recommend cannot fault anything, very helpful on the phone,delivery was free which you don't often find this any where . It is rare in business you receive true personal service and a caring provider. I ordered flowers for a friend, described what I would like and that evening received a phone call, the following day I was called to make sure everything was ok and that I was happy. An excellent business ethos! The flowers were beautiful and I would always look to use this florist again.

A huge THANK YOU to the Special Occasions Florist team and to the lovely lady on the phone and the lady (maybe the same?) who delivered the flowers. I had to place a last minute order today in the morning for same day delivery to an area not covered by them, but they made an exception and delivered within 3hours! The person who received the flowers loved the service and the friendliness of the woman. It is very rare and difficult to find businesses who do go above and beyond like this team.
