Thank you to the village florist for our wedding flowers including bouquets, button holes, long and low. The bridal bouquet was lovely with lovely colours thank you. The button holes were great, just could have done with 2 pins instead of one to make it easier to attach but nothing major. Lisa has been very helpful and responsive along the way. I attended a funeral on Friday 25th March that the ladies at The Village Florist created a display for. I was totally overwhelmed, as were others who attended. The display was of an allotment, and was so detailed and personalised, that we were quite choked. I have used The Village Florist on many occasions and if sending flowers in Reading, I wouldn't use anyone else. They are lovely people, kind, genuinely caring, thoughtful and nothing is too much trouble. Their bouquets are stunning and every recipient is delighted and comment as to how lasting they are. Wonderful service from very special people.

Placed my order for 12 x Roses to arrive on Valentines. The flowers arrived Sunday morning on time (which was good), but there were only 8 roses in the box. Edit: Called the owner who was lovely about it - they went above and beyond to put things right with no fuss.

So helpful and friendly. We purchased a “Miss You Nanny” stone to put on grave yesterday and I left car unlocked and it got stolen (amongst other things). Went back in today as my daughter was really upset and they were so lovely and looked through the shop for another the same and also found me a Mum & Dad one. Thank you so much. I am young and just new out of uni that means very little money for my wedding. While looking around for a an inexpensive florist but still good quality we came across The village florist and they were a blessing. Lisa was ever so understanding of the budget situation and helped me choose the best flowers (as I’m useless). My wedding looked absolutely beautiful and truly made my special day amazing. I honestly will be using these for any upcoming events and the new husband will be definitely buying my anniversary flowers from there. I was in a bit of a pickle with timing and not knowing what I wanted. However the help from Lisa in talking me through which flowers would be most fitting for my mothers birthday. With excellent rates and quick delivery there isn’t really any other option than to shop here. The quality and customer service absolutely surpass any expectation I once had.
