I found Karen on the internet as I was searching for a florist in the area to send birthday flowers to one of my best friends who now lives there (I'm in California in the States). Karen was so responsive to my query and prepared the most magnificent bouquet for my friend's 40th birthday. It was everything I hoped for and more and my friend LOVED it! Karen's client service is impeccable. Know you're in the best of hands with her and her amazing work.

T. L.I found the Blackbird Garden when looking for a florist to do my wedding flowers. I was quite particular that I wanted seasonal rustic looking flowers but, other than a few pictures, I gave Karen very little guidance. What she produced was incredible and even more beautiful than what I could have imagined. She did table flowers, bridesmaids bouquets, bridal bouquet, button holes, two milk churns and a garland above the church door. All were absolutely wonderful. Karen was also incredibly flexible, enthusiastic and helpful. Could not recommend her enough.

Living overseas, all our contact with Karen was via email. She responded quickly to our requests, was very clear in her email responses, and was very willing to provide what we requested, making great suggestions, which we followed.
She delivered the flowers asap and at a very reasonable charge.
The recipient of the bouquet sent us photo's of what she delivered......it looked exactly like the photo we ordered from on her website; the recipient said the bouquet was "Exceptional"!

A. M.I can't recommend Karen highly enough. In lockdown I needed flowers for my Mum's funeral. I emailed local florists for help and they just replied they were closed. Karen, however, was brilliant and was so helpful and kind. Although limited with what flowers were available, Karen put together such a beautiful sheaf for me and a range of hand tied displays from other relatives. All the flowers from her were stunning, vibrant, fresh and beautiful, they certainly meant a lot to me and I will be forever grateful.
