Outstanding service and quality. My mum was over the moon with her flowers today. Had ordered online with direct2florist who obviously subcontract the order for delivery. Perfect!! We used these guys for our exotic wedding flowers. I wanted to be different to the norm and so we had multiple flowers including the Bird of Paradise which is not often used and they were more than accomadating unlike other florests that we had been to as these guys made sure it was all about the customer. The girls were brilliant, I rang them on multiple occasions regarding our order and a surprise photoframe that I wanted decorated with flowers matching the button holes which was suggested by the girls as a gift for the groom and again they were faultless. They even sorted the men out on the morning of the wedding to ensure that the button holes were put on correctly. My flowers came and were better than I imagined absolutely amaxing. At a difficult time arranging the coffin flowers for my mum flower passion was amazing so helpful and caring even though they didn't know me I would recommend to everyone if you want the personal touch definitely go to them the flowers were wonderful and made me feel my mum would of picked them herself thank you so much for making a very sad day brighter x
