Many many thanks to the ladies who work at this brilliant florist especially Emily who produced a wonderful coffin arrangement for Mums funeral yesterday.I got the arrangement I hoped for with big bold bright colours just as Mum had asked for and many of the mourners commented on how nice they were.Nothing is too much trouble here and the ladies take the time to make sure they get your order correct and all done with the upmost care and sympathy at what is a very difficult time.Thank you again.Well done.

I walked in crying, knowing what I wanted but ultimately so upset. The people in this establishment are phenomenal. They let you have time to think....no hard selling, just a warm feeling and concern. Your choice matters. And they explore that with you. I have been here a number of times for funeral flowers and anniversary flowers. The quality of the flowers were exceptional, really fresh and beautifully arranged. The service was exceptional too. They were very sympathetic and on 1 occasion I changed my mind on the style and size so I called them to see if I could change the order and it was fine, nothing was too much trouble. Really understanding and accommodating. I won't go anywhere else. Being in customer services myself I can be quite fussy but this place ticked all the boxes. Thank you Heavenly Blooms.

After reading a previous negative review (which I could not believe!) I thought I had better comment on how fantastic Heavenly Blooms is! The lady who works there is fabulous and her creativity with flowers always leaves me speechless. Everytime I go in for a bouquet, she is always working so hard. She has done my sisters wedding flowers and also many bouquets for myself, friends and family and they are always beautifully done! I would recommend her to everybody.
