Mo is an artist who made a fantastic graduation balloon creation. She is also very nice and nothing was too much trouble

My granddaughter turned 2 recently & I wanted some Troll Balloons. Couldn't find any anywhere. I rang Designs by Mo, explained what I wanted Paid over the phone, arranged collection time.
