I have attended two wreath-making workshops at Nettie's, I came away with a Christmas wreath last year and an autumn wreath today. Both experiences were intimate, fun and relaxing. Lisa provided the most delicious food and drinks, keeping us always topped up whilst teaching us about flowers and plants. Nettie's workshops are wonderful for picking up new skills whilst getting to know new people in a relaxed, welcoming and non-judgmental environment, plus Lisa's passion for flowers makes her a natural teacher who really encourages each person to follow their own taste and inspiration. I would highly recommend her workshops to anyone looking for a different experience. She also sells beautiful bunches of flowers and a range of decorative vases, pots, candles and room fragrances.

We chose Nettie of the Gorge to do flowers for our wedding and they were amazing. Lisa was wonderfully professional and helpful throughout. She coped with me having slightly unusual requests, and not actually knowing the names of any flowers, brilliantly! On the day so many people commented on how beautiful the flowers were and I loved being able to say they were locally sourced and sustainably grown, a win on all levels. I would highly recommend Nettie of the Gorge for weddings or anything else you need flowers for.

Lisa did our wedding flowers in June 2021 and we were overwhelmed with her skill, kindness and overall service. From having a small idea of what I wanted, Lisa worked with our Scottish & rustic theme to produce beautiful bouquets and arrangements that were free flowing, natural and chic - all within our budget. Our guests thought the flowers were a stand out highlight from our day and I loved them. I couldn't recommend her enough - every bride needs to work with Lisa!

The most enjoyable workshop that I have ever attended. I thoroughly enjoyed making my own wreath and Lisa provided an extremely relaxed and personalised experience to which I felt very comfortable. Lisa even provided drinks and a bite to eat which was perfect for the 10-1 session I attended. I would most definitely attend the workshop again and I am very happy with the end result. Worth every penny. I have also previously purchased flowers (last photograph) from Lisa and the quality is beyond perfection.

A must visit in Ironbridge! We bought from Nettie of the Gorge several times; absolutely stunning posies, wreaths, dried flowers and more. Not your ‘bog standard’ florist but truly something special. Can’t recommend her wreath workshops enough either - hoping to return to take part every season!

I recently attended a wreath making workshop at Nettie of the gorge. I can honestly say i cant recommend it enough. It was such a fun, therapeutic afternoon. Such a relaxed atmosphere and great advice and guidance given by Lisa who just has heaps of experience in floral designs. We werent rushed, had a mass of supplies at hand and mince pies were even supplied. Cant wait to go back and do more here.
