D. C.I received a fabulous bouquet for my birthday, which led to me choosing Hatters Bloom for my Mum's funeral. The display exceeded my expectations and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

H.Lovley staff who couldnt do enough to help the flower arrangement was beautiful all changes were no trouble at all and they will work around whatever budget you have whatever colour scheme you wish to have and will try there best to get in any spacific special flowers you want included given enough time. The shop is difficult to access for a wheelchair user however not impossible the staff will help you gain access by moving whatever is in the way on instinct without being asked which is very refreshing and didnt just talk to the person i was with and ignore me in the wheelchair which happens all too often in alot of shops because staff just are not trained in dealing with disabled customers. So i really must commend them on the way they deal with disabled customers and thank them for a great experience

If you've been and NOT received excellent service then by all means feed that back to the business, but if you haven't been DON'T leave ANY review or rating as you're just lying
Personally if I see low ratings on businesses but the "reviewer" doesn't explain why, I can only assume they're bogus and/or malicious.
Genuine customers of Hatters Bloom know how much they care about their customers, always going out of their way to provide a top service.
