T. W.Ordered flowers from this company, as the floral delivery I ordered from another firm never arrived in time for my sister's special birthday. Flowers delivered in timescale given & on a Sunday too! and were just as the photo on website. My sister was very happy with the blooms.

Might be better if out of stock items were not available at time of ordering. No point in taking an order and money, and then call/ email to say we sending an alternative bouquet.
S. S.Brilliant service. Girlfriend's birthday was coming up, so I ordered roses in the shape of a heart through the website. Unbeknownst to me, they were actually meant to be used for funerals. The store was kind enough to call me and warn me. I decided to roll with it and they were also kind enough to modify the flower selection and added some birthday-like items for me. I did confess to the girlfriend in the end.

S. A.Easy to order via internet, same day delivery, ordered at 10.30am was delivered by 12.30, flowers so close to picture on website, flowers hand tied then bottom six inches in cellophane vase with water in a sturdy handled bag.
The flowers were for my Mother's Birthday (87!) and she was very pleased with them, an extremely nice surprise !!

J. G.Excellent service! I would have normally gone to a corporate chain, like M&S; however, I decided to support a local business since times are (obviously) quite hard at the moment. Not only was the service cheaper than M&S, but it was also faster! My flowers were delivered to two separate addresses in under ten hours from when I paid. My only criticism was that there is no email automation following payment/delivery - you guys are missing a huge trick here. Otherwise, thank you and best wishes!

Great selection on offer. As always you never expect the actual delivery to be the same as the pictures, however, on this occasion the bouquet was not only bigger then the picture but better. Superb presentation.
The delivery man was courteous and pleasant when my sick wife answered the door.
Only one down side was that the delivery instruction was for delivery after 4.30pm...they delivered at 12pm. I put it down to enthusiasm, but glad someone was there to accept the delivery.
Will definitely use again.

D. S.Beautiful spray of flowers for a funeral but delivered over 2 hours late. First, what is the point of requesting a time of delivery if it means nothing and second, it was lucky that the spray was required for a funeral the next day (and not the day of delivery) and 15 minutes after delivery we were out for another appointment and would have not been available to accept the delivery.

J. B.I'm writing this review from Vancouver, Canada. I phoned Damian near the end of the day last Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016 to have flowers delivered. I was told they would deliver the flowers on their way home when the office closed. Much to my surprise and pleasure I found out the flowers were delivered before the end of the day. I called my friends two hours later to give them my condolences over the death of their loved one and was told the flowers were already there. Thank you Damian for helping me with the choice and delivering such a beautiful bouquet!
P. M.I was really very happy to see how elegant the wreath looked amid the other beautiful floral decorations. It was a bright sunny day and it's a shame that the person they were bought to commemorate ....didn't get to see them as she would have loved them.

D.I had been updated about a family members funeral at very late notice and during covid lockdown, I wanted to send some flowers but it was past 5pm the day before the service which was due to start at around 10.30am the next day, I couldn’t believe that the phone was answered and when I asked if they could help the reply was “yes, we can do that for you” I ordered two wreaths and both were very well made and delivered as promised the next day before the funeral, if in doubt give them a call they did everything they could for me and Saved the day allowing us to show our respects in a time we thought it wouldn’t be possible to deliver what we wanted.
