C. D.Ordering flowers for a funeral: never fun. However, whoever dealt with me on the phone was absolutely delightful. Understanding and helpful in every way she could be, gently explaining why a wreath was needed for a coffin (obvious when you think about it!) rather than what I had in mind! Still, red roses they were and are now in the church for Christmas. Thank you Hopmarket Flowrers.

I needed some flowers to be sent to my daughter in Worcester for her 40th, but due to the time difference ( I live in USA), every store I called that morning told me that they didn't take same-day orders after noon ( I was calling around 9.00 a.m. my time). They offer a friendly, helpful, efficient, polite, skilled and most knowledgeable service.
The flowers were quickly delivered the very next day at precisely the time, place and date requested as the flowers were for a belated (forgotten!) birthday presentation. Their recipient soon sent me a photograph of the beautifully arranged and tastefully colour co-ordinated bouquet, soon after their delivery. They were most sensitively and artistically arranged. She could not have been more delighted.
I am a returning customer – and will most certainly be returning again. Hopmarket Flowers are MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

She created a most beautiful spray for a funeral at short notice ( next morning service). R.Ordered sunflowers in December for a funeral, were able to provide with two weeks notice (despite importing from Holland, due to season). Ordered a further set of flowers at short notice for a family member also and they were able to accommodate for the next day. Both beautifully prepared. Safe and personal service.

Unfortunately they tried to deliver, but my husband had written the house number down wrong. After a phone call to us, they delivered to correct address. The florist refused to accept another delivery charge for any inconvenience to herself or staff. We had a message off my husbands cousin earlier to say the flowers had arrived and were absolutely beautiful.Thankyou so much, we would definitely recommend, and if required will use again in the future...
