s. g.Had 3 flower arrangements ordered for a special family party. Delivered to venue the day before on the Saturday in water and looked beautiful.
One week on the biggest arrangement is still looking lovely, but the other 2 arrangements had started to wilt by Monday night and half the flowers needed removing on Tuesday. By Wednesday the majority of them were dead. Telephoned to voice my concerns on Thursday. Eventually got a reply on Saturday but sadly not even an apology. I was given the impression that it was inevitably my fault, however they we never without water and for the price paid I felt should have lasted more than 4 days.
Disappointing when you make the effort to support a local business.
