Ordered from outside of UK for my sister. Website was easy to use, the flowers arrived on time & I received a follow up email immediately upon delivery to confirm the order was completed. The bouquet was very accurate to the photos online and flowers were in a beautiful condition with many just opening so can really enjoy them fully bloom. She thought they were beautiful! Thank you!

Spectacular! I ordered a deluxe boquet of roses and peonies for my girlfriend whilst staying in York. They were beautiful! Paula added different flowers to fill the boquet and made it with the utmost care. I requested for the boquet to be delivered to my hotel on Saturday morning and there they were at 9am! It was her birthday so I really wanted to take advantage of the balloons they were going to include which was such an added plus. Beautiful Flowers delivered to me today that my husband sorted out this morning. He ordered them around 11am and they were delivered by 3pm the same day! Apparently they didn’t have the white roses in that he asked for so someone called him to ask if they could do a different arrangement which they did and they were gorgeous! Vibrant colours, all fresh and some buds in there too so they will bloom for longer. 100% recommend! It was a lovely surprise and I actually preferred the flowers I got to the ones he had planned to order, although I’m sure they would have been just as nice. We will definitely be using flowers by Paula in the future!
