Great shopping experience, Jamie dealt with us from start to finish to get us a bed that we would love. Bed delivered on time and exactly what we wanted. Great nights sleep. I would well recommend Bensons for Beds and Jamie !!!

Has a really good choice of beds. Just about every kind of bed, latex, eco friendly, i gel, Slumberland plus every firmness of mattress from soft to firm. Also has varied types of bed frames including wooden ones with slatted strips of wood underneath the mattress. The prices vary from roughly £400 to £1900.

Helpful and knowledgeable personnel, good bundle offers available. Delivery is accurate and on time. Bunk bed we've got was easy to assemble and it looks fantastic. Looking forward to get our old mattress replaced by new from Bensons for Beds

Just a good experience from entering the shop until we left, very attentive staff, knowledgeable about their products, not pushy the least. We felt that they appreciated our visit and wanted to give us the bed and mattress which suited our needs.

Went in for a new mattress and the customer service was amazing!! Jacqueline was very knowledgeable about the products and put no pressure on us to buy or go for a more expensive one. Lynn from the Aberdeen store was so helpful. I’m delighted with my bed, it’s great quality and has loads of storage. It’s very heavy and takes 2 people to put it together but all the tools you need come with it, I’m very impressed.

Came here in December 2019 with my husband for a new, good quality pillow, they have a large variety and we knew we couldn't go wrong! We received an excellent customer service, he was able to try several types of pillows on an actual bed (we were asked which mattress we have at home and he could lie on one of the same type to try the pillows he liked for as long as he needed!). We're satisfied with the service received and with our purchase. Definitely recommend this store.

Received the bed but it had the wrong brackets attached to the side panels meaning I could not assemble the bed. Been told it could be 10 days before receiving the correct brackets which is completely unacceptable

Very pleased with bedroom furniture bought here BUT delivery was a nightmare. One part of order was missing & it took 2 weeks & numerous phone calls to finally get it delivered Customer service were worse than useless.
