Bought bed and mattress on 22th may and asked for delivery in August due to moving house, so the bed and mattress could be delivered to new property. On 8th of August - day before delivery received a call that shipping is delayed till 4th of October at least. Paid money straight away back in May and didn't get bed on delivery time (over 3 months gap!!). Now need to sleep on airbed for at least two months. At least 5 months delivery time since order placed. *Reviewed* Received my bed and mattress today, finally it did take longer but quality is outstanding, unbelievable comfortable and very professional team that build it inside a bedroom. Changing 4 of 5 starts due to the delay. Btw team at Oak furniture land in Aberdeen is great, very kind and helpful. Regards

Staff in the Aberdeen branch were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and made sure we were completely happy with what we were getting. Our new sofa is amazing quality and was delivered on the day we chose. Really friendly delivery drivers and extra thanks to Graham in store for sorting out two very picky customers!

Excellent retail assistant - sorry if not giving her what may of been a higher position recognition. Alana was very helpful informative & clearly knew her products well, & was not pushy or intrusive in the least. Was delighted @ my new bed & very appreciative of the fact they could keep it in storage for me till I was ready for delivery. Visited Oak Furnitureland in Kitty Brewster, Aberdeen. Staff member attentive. Lovely furniture. We purchased a sofa & tallboy for satisfactory price. Was a sale. Good price off sofa. £10 off tallboy which I would say is not a good reduction for sale price but lovely looking tallboy. Awaiting for delivery of them. Have bought from them before. Would recommend.
