A fantastic service from start to finish, Richard and Charlotte designed a perfect kitchen adapted for a wheelchair user which looks just stunning. The attention to detail has been amazing and the whole experience joyful, we were given a project timeline and they delivered on time. I had been dreading getting the adaptations done after my husband became disabled but the calm reassurance and professional project management made the whole experience exciting rather than daunting. Would recommend the service, attention to detail and professional finish

After first meeting Richard and Charlotte we knew we had met the right people to do our kitchen, they took on board all of our ideas and then came up with the most fantastic kitchen design, every person rs kitchen uses are of a high standard and very professional. As the pictures clearly show the finish is of the highest standard and no issue was to small for them to deal with. We did move somethings around whilst the build/refit was being done and again this never caused an issue as both Richard and Charlotte could see the benefits. Again can't thank them enough for transforming our home.

RSKitchens should be your place of choice for a quality kitchen in Bedford and surrounding areas. From start to finish Richard and Charlotte listened to what we wanted but also gave us feedback on what would work. The layout was just perfect. The carpentry work to accommodate awkward corners was outstanding . Take a look at the bespoke console table , made from scratch from the same full stave oak wood used to build the breakfast bar and dining table. We customised our splashback and also added LED lighting. We thought to have this at floor level but really happy we followed Richard’s recommendation to have it at worktop height as this lights up the internal drawers. Communication was great, via email and WhatsApp and despite some unforeseen circumstances nothing was too much trouble. To say we’re delighted is an understatement. The pricing is about right for such quality work and can’t recommend RSKitchens highly enough.

We were recommended RS Kitchens by a friend and had our kitchen and utility completed by them this summer. We could not be happier with it! When we first met with Richard & Charlotte at our house, we went through all the things that didn't work for us from layout, the positioning of things, colours, appliances, what extras we would like to squeeze in, cupboard doors opening the wrong way - everything! We then went to the show room to look at colours, ideas, samples and the new design they had created - they literally solved every problem we had pointed out (there were about 15 of them). We were presented with a price breakdown and a schedule. They also created a Whatsapp group with us all in it so that we could easily ask questions or send photos - a touch a really liked as it makes communication so easy. They would always keep us up to date and would answer any questions along the way. I was at home when the work was being done so was able to be involved with things like socket types & positions, lighting & switches etc and watched it all come together. Our kitchen and utility is on the smaller size, but they still created us a practical, workable, easy to cook in and keep clean space that looks amazing! We could not recommend them highly enough - they are fab! And we wish them and their business all the best for the future.

We decided to go with RS Kitchens when we couldn't find the kitchen we liked in the right colour at Wren, Howdens and Magnet. We were a little unsure about going with a smaller company but now we wouldn't go anywhere else! From the moment we walked in to their shop both Charlotte and Richard were friendly and helpful, providing us with so many different colour and style options, something you don't really get at the bigger companies. We were looking for something similar to the Howdens Fairford kitchen for a similar price but in a different colour and we're very happy with what we ended up with. The quality of the doors, units and internal fixtures (kidney bean shelves, drawers and cutlery inserts etc.) is far better than the Howdens units and feels like it will last a lot longer. Richard fitted our kitchen and we were very impressed with the standard to which our kitchen was fitted and we're very happy with the design changes that he recommended. We had previously had our design quoted by the 3 larger companies mentioned above and none of them pointed out these changes which really improved our kitchen. I would 100% recommend Richard and Charlotte as we will definitely be using them again in the future!

Excellent service and an incredible design are two of the best things about Richard and Charlotte at RS Kitchens. From the outset the ideas flowed, we were given all the time we needed to review different designs and delivered samples as and when they were available. Once a design was agreed we received a detailed plan of works which was delivered to the day. Richard fitted personally with a little help from his team. Everything was taken in his stride, it was a genuine pleasure to have Richard on site. The final result is amazing and RS delivered on every request we made at the outset. Thoroughly recommended.

RS Kitchens from start to finish has given us an excellent all round service. Richard designed a wonderful kitchen for the space we had, giving us plenty of storage too. We were very impressed with his knowledge of kitchens. Delivery was on time and Richard fitted the kitchen in the two weeks after and made a very professional job of it. If you're looking to do your kitchen, make sure you stop by RS Kitchens studio. If you've been to the large kitchen shops you'll feel you've wasted your time, if you haven't... well... you won't be going. This is a longer review because after the time and energy RS Kitchens devoted to our kitchen this is the least we can do. A bit of history: We consider the kitchen to be the centre of our house, and after buying a Victorian house we were looking at renovating the kitchen completely, with all the modern comforts but retaining character and warmth of a good blend with the period features. So we did a lot of research and went to the usual suspects: IKEA, Wren, Howdens... even considered buying the kitchen online and finding someone to fit it. However, after walking in RS Kitchens studio we knew we wanted to do it with Richard and Charlotte, especially after Rich told us he would be fitting the kitchen himself. This is what's special about RS Kitchens, they LOVE what they do and they're perfectionists, so their passion transpires in every step of the process. The design process: They took an initial design we'd done with a designer and quickly grasped the style we wanted and how important the kitchen was in our lives. They were always happy to iterate over the design, suggest ideas based on their expertise (practicality matters, and about that Rich and Charlotte know a lot). They also went the extra mile in terms of getting samples of the materials for us, facilitating a visit to the worktop provider, etc. They know how important the physical understanding of the space is so their studio has all that you need in this aspect so you can "feel" where things would be, how to interact with the different units, move around the space, etc. Communication was always great, with outstanding transparency through email, WhatsApp and calls, and as a small company this gave us great confidence in them and their professionalism. Fitting the kitchen: Once we had the design, Rich liaised with our builders and made sure everything was ready and in place where it should be before fitting the kitchen. When the time came to fit the kitchen, Rich was extremely professional, on schedule and always making sure the final result would be perfect in our eyes. Even after some delays in the delivery of some of the doors (outside of their control) they chased the provider so we could get the best customer experience. In terms of pricing it ended up being even cheaper than the "pay in X years interest free" shops and with WAY better quality. Compared to the online ones it's still competitive and they will make sure the shopping list and the fitting are absolutely spot on. The icing on the cake was that due to going with RS Kitchen we managed to get a discount on the very expensive worktop we wanted to go for (cheaper than 7 other quotes!!!). RS Kitchens payment schedule was sensible and if you're on a tight budget they can help you make the right decisions to avoid unnecessary costs whilst keeping the quality. After care: Finally, as others mentioned, the "after care" is also great in case you have any doubt or issues after the fitting, and now we're due to have our first year complementary health check so we're looking forward to seeing Rich and Charlotte. Conclusion: The project was a total success, and we cannot be happier with the results.We love our new kitchen, which is the centre of our house and we enjoy cooking and spending time there. When you have so many customisations like in our project, going with a local, independent studio was the best decision we ever made, and RS Kitchens made our dream kitchen real.
