My husband wanted a large desk for working from home. Found this charity on the internet and local to us. Very friendly man with lots and lots of furniture, especially desks. Got just what we wanted, even the wood colour we wanted, for a very good price and so happy it’s helping a worthwhile charity. The man, a volunteer for the charity was more than happy to help my husband load the desk onto the roof. We will be back!

I went in looking for an office chair and they were so helpful. They didn't have what I was looking for in stock, but let me know that a new delivery was coming in later in the week and got in touch when it arrived so I could take a look. I ended up buying an incredibly comfortable chair that is going for upwards of £250 online for just £50. Exceptional service and very reasonable prices. There was even a delivery option for local deliveries.

Very helpful staff at this charity shop. The gentleman that served us knew exactly where to find the office chair I was hoping to find and offered to help me to the car with it when he saw I have a bad back. It's great to receive such good service and also to help the environment by making use of good quality second-hand furniture at great prices instead of the usual throw-away culture we live in these days. Highly recommended.

Lovely friendly service. Brought one sofa, they delivered sadly didn't fit. Later that day went to see a second sofa from them, that didn't fit either. After 3 visits and 3 sofas later a lovely comfy one fit perfectly. All in one day, Ruby and Peter delivered 3 sofas to us to make sure our first night in our new home was cosy. Would highly recommend this store. Fair prices, wide range of furniture and super friendly service all run by a genuinely lovely guy.

Visited earlier today - looking for some office chairs for home use. Owner was out on a delivery but soon returned ,well what can I say a throughly decent chap. We came away with 3 chairs for an excellent price , got them home and a quick wipe over good as new. Highly recommended place for any office furniture related purchases - plenty of chairs,desks ,filing cabinets etc and some odd pieces of home furniture .Speaking to owner stock comes and goes on a fairly regular basis ,so a quick phone enquiry may save a wasted journey.

My wife visited the shop and found furniture in nice condition, reasonably priced, for her dad's new flat. The staff were fantastic and delivered the items the same afternoon, even securely fixing the headboard on the bed.

Our response to sad Waynes review has been deleted ,we do of course know what Waynes real name is ,poor people nothing else to do and begrudge vulnerable people getting the help they need. OUR RESPONSE: A review given by a very sad and sinister individual(s) who has blatantly fabricated his post to discredit the work the EYE charity (not a company) has done and continues to do. This fake review by Wayne Smith is probably the same person behind July Yellowshix's review as they have both spelt 'bald' the same way and the continued nuisance and the abusive calls the charity has been recently receiving all seem to be a very disgraceful campaign to harm the character of one of the charity's trustees - more than likely an act of jealousy, The matter has been reported to the police and we leave it in their capable hands. The only truth in this review is that Rupinder added a review saying 'Great Value' and if you have really visited our warehouse you would see we have many fantastic items in great condition and excellent value. And we would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers you have supported us - your support for this year has helped us with donations of media equipment to a local charity that work with young people with down-syndrome through radio, over the cold period we provided 100 jackets to charities that help the homeless, we donated a semi-professional Sony video kit to a local church where young people using the equipment to learn new skills, we provided a gateway to people seeking work experience and we donated furniture to various religious groups - all of which can be proven. With your continued support we will do more and we sincerely thank all of you for this support. So Wayne (if that is your real name) please stop this negative behavior, it doesn't help anyone including you. In fact we feel very sorry for you, jealously and hatred is very damaging for the soul. May I suggest that you do something positive such as running to raise money for cancer research or help the elderly in the community, trust us this type of focus is very rewarding. Our prayers are with you.
