Great customer service here highly recommended! Only went in for a single mattress for my daughter but they were so helpful and patient with her choosing. Delivery came when we agreed and we got a really great new mattress for a bargain price thank you so much 😊

Spoke to a young chap called Hasan, was very knowledgeable about the beds and the variety of beds to choose from was great and much cheaper than Cousins who I'd originally wanted a bed from. Had the bed for 2 weeks now and I absolutely love it. The mattress is even better!

We recently purchased 2 beds and they are blissfully comfortable, we are struggling to get up in the mornings. The store is only small but Costa gave us excellent advice and when he knew we were sleeping on a camping mattress he pulled all the stops out to get our beds delivered. That's why it's important to support your local independent shop for the personal service.

The process of buying beds is not easy but Andy and Costa at Bed Express Birmingham made it a good one. It didn't matter how many times I went into the shop, changed my mind or couldn't make my mind up, they were always happy to help and were extremely patient. I couldn't of had a better experience. We bought all our beds here for a large rental house and later for our own home , Finding them so comfortable we took one to Greece also . All our customers remarked on how well they slept . The quality is excellent and very comfortable mattresses providing an excellent nights sleep . The owner is very friendly , we even got lunch there one day provided by his brother ! If you are looking for beds try here first .
