We found Cyberbeds via ebay who offered a great personal experience with my bed purchase! The costs were nearly half price when compared to the big named shops which was great and for amazing customer service

Saj was amazing from the off we were worried about buying a bed we hadn't actually seen or sat on etc.. But we asked lots of questions and he replied promptly and with ease. Once we ordered he let us know exactly what was expected and when.. Delivery to Essex too which helps and then they turned up on time everything was taken away so we were left with just a new lovely bed it's changed our lives x

Really nice people and not at all pushy they want to give you a good customer experience. I contacted Saj when he was at his busiest coming out of lockdown because I needed a reclining bed mainly for my husband but also for me due to a recent spinal injury that makes laying flat painful. He promised to get back to me and he did so very promptly. He came all the way up to me hundreds of miles away with my bed, installed it himself and showed me how it worked. This company is more than selling beds they go many extra miles, far more than any other company and ensure complete customer satisfaction. I love my bed and I want to say thanks to Saj and his lovely team, your true gentlemen it was a pleasure to deal with you Saj and on my first test drive today I fell asleep in the middle of the afternoon the bed is so comfy. I have no hesitation at all in recommending this company. It's not your typical online seller, this guy actually cares about what he does and he has made me very happy and the price was very reasonable.

We received an excellent service right through, from placement of order to a fast delivery. We ordered 2 single adjustable beds, with an orignal estimated delivery of 3 weeks. When I told Sarg (the owner) I was due for knee surgery around that time, he kindly pulled out all the stops and delivered our beds a week earlier. We felt that the personal service and the quality of the beds were outstanding as was value.
