Mike and Dave have been excellent in following my concern with the aftercare of my Sofa from Ashwood Designs Ltd who failed completely to provide satisfactory customer support. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Furlong Furniture for service and quality, certainly as I have shopping with them since 1992.

The shop is really nice. The furniture is amazing. The people are really kind and when my sister was getting impatient they let her watch Walt races. They are so kind and the furniture is amazing and they explain stuff really well.

I am a massive fan of The Furlong shopping centre. It has a great Waitrose and a nice mix of stylish shops and cafes. The atmosphere is great especially on market days and there is nothing nicer than having a coffee with a friend looking out over the pretty courtyard. Parking is free for 2 hours which is very rare these days. I'd definitely recommend people to visit.
