G. T.Having found a beautiful looking wood and resin block online (Saturday morning), I contacted Nyaman and spoke with Adam. Adam explained that each piece was very individual and helpfully shared pictures via WhatsApp, so I could choose. I then completed the painless process of payment through the website.
Well, I nearly fell of my chair when Adam offered to hand deliver the product to South Wales the following day (Sunday), I of course eagerly accepted and we shared conversation on how Adam and his family could make a day of their trip.
The product arrived carefully wrapped for transportation and in less than 24hrs from ordering. It has taken pride of place under a retro HiFi, it looks even better than the pictures online. Thanks Adam, Charlie and Rosita.
Whilst I appreciate not every product can be hand delivered, I think it’s important for people to know that Nyaman ethically source the product, are passionate both on the quality of products and their responsibility towards the tradesmen that create their range, this was clear from how genuine Adam and Rosita are.
