We recently visited the Whiteladies Road showroom, the 2 members of staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The showroom is presented beautifully with some interesting sofas and loads of fabrics to choose from too. We loved the Ferdinand and Oliver sofas, we will be back again to order!

Bought the Henry large sofa and chair. The communication is spot on. They say it will take x amount of time to arrive, but it comes sooner. The delivery was smooth. Lots of texts and emails to check you were alright afterwards. If you see a sofa you like - snap it up. The Henry (single seat large) sofa only has two cushions so it’s quickly back in shape when you plump it up. Love the choices to bespoke it. The friendly staff and the store experience all help with the process - Arlo and Jacob deliver a good sofa buying experience - spot on!

Well I found buying a sofa from Arlo & Jacob to be a most enjoyable experience the staff were helpful the sofa is of good quality. It arrived when it was suggested it would in good condition and at a fair price. I am pleased with the product the store and the service My sofa appears to have the number of feathers in the cushions I was expecting although I admit not to have counted them.
