I understand Sharon has been working in the showroom for a very long time. She is very knowledgeable of the structure, advantages and weakness of every bed and mattress that helps us to make a good selection based on our budget. Her kindness and friendly attitude towards customers really makes us at ease to assess which type of bed frame, headboard and mattress is most suitable for us. That makes us a returning customer for a king size bed after purchasing two single beds a month before.

Having bought from Bensons previously, we headed here to purchase a new Super King bed and mattress. The salesman talked us out of it because 'most of the time they don't fit up the stairs'. We bought another King and reused our old mattress. On delivery the driver said, yeah - super king wouldn't have been a problem. Overall the bed we bought was a fair price and the delivery was fine. A year later we've now bought super king from elsewhere with mattress to match. If the salesman had such an opinion of Super King mattress’s, perhaps they should have an inflatable mattress they could lend out for customers to check or offer home visits rather than a negative attitude and diagram / print off of some stairs? Sadly you've lost a customer for life and all of my business will now be going to a family run bed shop in Portishead - who said, if it deosn't fit, we'll bring it back and look at other options / refund you.

Good bed, easy process to buy. Kept us well informed on delivery details. Gave us a more accurate time slot nearer the day. Great tracking system. Delivered in time slot. Very polite and friendly delivery men.

Two very efficient people took our old mattress and replaced it with the new. They were happy to take it round to the back entrance which is nearer the bedroom and the whole procedure took less than five minutes. They rang before arriving and the cover for the old mattress was delivered, as promised, two days before.

The staff are friendly and not pushy they allow you to browse without breathing down your neck ... they are knowledgeable about their products and offer a great service when asked for advice . However I find the price of their products a little too high for my budget on average for a complete bed with mattress and headboard you can expect to pay £1000 +
