Tommy was great. We had fitted wardrobes in both our bedroom alcoves & also understairs storage. Tommy initially provided a price with some drawings, then came over to measure up and provide more technical drawings. We worked through what we wanted & he certainly delivered. Tommy was brilliant, delivered what we asked for, tidy and very efficient. The finish is top quality. We had to wait a few months due to Tommy being booked up already & I can understand why he is so busy, definitely worth the wait, the storage has improved the house! Thank you very much.

Tommy did a beautiful job on our fitted wardrobe in the bedroom alcove. He came first to take measurements and then provided a few drawings that exactly matched what I'd been imagining! There was a bit of back and forth to settle on something that was exactly right, but he was really patient and gave helpful advice. The work was completed really efficiently and neatly and we are really happy with how it's turned out. Would definitely recommend.

Tommy offered a phenomenal consultation for some custom built-ins in our entryway. We only had a rough concept of what we wanted but he was able to take our requirements and visualize/articulate exactly what we were looking for. He also gave spot on recommendations for aspects we had not yet considered. Tommy was also incredibly flexible during the chaos of COVID. He happily moved our initial appointment when my husband and I caught COVID and later was extremely gracious when a preceding appointment to have our radiator moved was also delayed. I can't recommend him enough for his craftsmanship, attention to detail, reliability and flexibility.

Tommy has the most incredible work ethic and the end result was perfect. We discussed plans for a wardrobe with shelving units and a vanity to be fitted into our bedroom alcoves. Tommy provided some digital drawings at our initial consultation, which were really helpful to envisage our plans. He suggested 3 days for fitting the units and he delivered. He was punctual, professional and did an incredible job. We're so grateful and extremely pleased with our new built in units. Tommy is definitely a professional. He is meticulous and hard working, and he has provided us with some really excellent fitted cabinets and floating shelves in our living room. It was exactly what we wanted and looks really smart and well finished. Tommy made a CAD prior to starting any work, to make sure we were all on the same page and manage everyone’s expectations. We’ve had some negative experiences around this in the past so it really helped. Tommy has thought through how to make customers feel comfortable and has made samples which he bought to the initial meeting- we were really impressed by how much thought he has put into client consultations, and it gave us a lot of confidence in him from our first meeting. Tommy did most of the work off site which limited disruption to us. We would definitely recommend Tommy’s services and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again in the future. Thanks Tommy!

Built in Bristol have done a range of carpentry and bespoke cabinet and furniture making jobs for me. They have all been high quality and left me glad to have used them. They built me bespoke alcove cabinets with bookshelves in a traditional Victorian house with Victorian style and gave the units a modern twist, they've become the centre piece of the house and I'm over the moon with them. Tommy is very professional and gets the job done fast and at very competitive prices. Would recommend every day of the week!

We had some storage built into an awkward eaves space. Tommy spent time on the design to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The shelving pulls out on castors from a deep recess. The work is of a very high standard, and we are really pleased. We will work with Tommy again, and are happy to reccomend him.
