I bought my set of saucepans about 10 years ago after a recommendation and the fact that they offer such a good guarantee, but over the past few years the non-stick surface had started to deteriorate. I emailed the company and had a very quick response from Louis. After sending a few images as requested I received a replacement set!
I'm absolutely delighted with the service I received and can't thank Louis enough for the prompt, professional way that my concern was dealt with. Can't recommend this company enough and will certainly be buying from them again.

I bought a 3 set of Stellar 7000 Draining pans about 15yrs ago to use on an induction cooker. Over the years of constant use and dishwasher cleaning the rivets holding the lid and pan handles started to erode causing the handles to wobble. I contacted Horwood with a short note and a few pics and video clips. The following day Louis replied asking a couple of questions. These I answered. Louis said that some improvements had been made to the pans and that this shouldn't happen again .He also said my replacements would be sent out. Before lunch the following day my new pans were delivered. Wonderful to see that Horwood honour a "Lifetime guarantee" and are truly a professional company. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! I bought a set of pans over ten years ago. The rivets on the handles corroded (possibly from dishwasher cleaning). I responded to another review warning of this issue - not seeking any response from Horwood. They contacted me, asked for details and replaced the set of pans. The new ones have better rivets and I am assured that they are dishwasher safe (though I hand wash my pans now). Not only are my Stellar pans excellent but the customer service goes above and beyond. A rare but wonderful thing to experience in these troubled times.

Whatever you are paying Louis is definitely not enough! What a star! I’ve just received exemplary customer service from him in regards to problems I had with two non-stick Stellar Rocktanium frying pans. He responded promptly to my initial email, and after requesting a few bits of information and photographs, I got a very detailed response with lots of helpful information and two replacement frying pans delivered almost immediately. This sounds really odd but it was almost a pleasure having this problem and getting it dealt with! We need more people like Louis in the world.

I have had a Horwood steamer for many years and virtually use it everyday. In November the handle broke off the lid, which meant it was virtually impossible to use the steamer without getting burnt. I emailed them and they said when they got new stock in they would send me one. I had a bit of a wait, but then all of sudden the other day I received a new lid in the post. Stellar pans lifetime guarantee really means what it says. I always buy Stellar. They are good solid pans and food cooks very well in them. I have been a little disappointed with some of my Stellar cookware lately. I contacted Rachel in their Customer Services and explained I was not happy with the grey coloured non-stick. I had a frying pan and a baking tray that both looked worn and were not very non-stick any more. Horwood had my items collected and they looked at them. Despite advising me that I had overheated the frying pan, which I still dispute, they have agreed to replace both items for me, under their lifetime warranty. I have had other Stellar products that have fallen a bit short of my expectations too but am particularly happy with my stainless steel saucepans that have given no trouble at all. I am very pleased with the outcome of my claim and hope that the new, replacement non-stick pans last better than the old ones did.

I purchased a set of Judge saucepans about six years ago. Recently I dropped a lid & broke the knob. I emailed their customer service and received a replacement knob free of charge within a week. Then unfortunately a couple of weeks later, the knob on another lid broke - probably just wear and tear this time as it is the most used one! Anyway customer service responded promptly & I received another knob and two spares again within a week of my request. I can't compliment them highly enough. Definitely an excellent customer experience.

Excellent Customer Service
My Judge pans are really good and I particularly like the strainer on the side of the lid. They work well on my induction hob and continue looking good after 5 years. I was disappointed when the smallest pan developed a slight leak and I reported this by email.
The response from Judge was rapid and very positive. Everyone was very helpful and polite. A new pan is now on the way.

Our superior six month old Swiss roll tin developed a crack in the non stick coating. We had been very strict never using any metal utensils or knives on it.

I had a problem with a Stellar kettle about a year after purchase, with the kettle constantly switching off immediately after switching on. During these very interesting times of this worldwide pandemic, it is wonderful to find so many things that give you pleasure; nature, environment, personal skills, family and how much we actually miss them. Additionally, there are other, unexpected things can provide you with a warm feeling of contentment.
My father gave me my first set of Stellar saucepans some thirty years ago, which are currently ensconced with my estranged husband .... Therefore I had to find a replacement set - returning, with much excitement, back to Stellar .
My saucepans sit tightly and tidily in my cupboard, like an architectural masterpiece, fitting into each other like a kid glove - and when I open the cupboard, when cooking or not, and just see them sitting there in their gleaming glory, it fills me with such happiness.
The feelings of joy are still on-going, some five years later

On that basis we purchased a Stellar copper can opener as it is well made, good looking and has the lifetime guarantee. We were very disappointed that the opener was not only very difficult to use leaving dangerous sharp edges but the lid falls into the food. I have had a Stellar 6000 pan for a number of years, but I was having trouble latelywlately things not cooking properly. On closer inspection I could see that the metal plate on the bottom of the pan had warped and lifted. I couldn't remember where I had bought it, but when I searched on the model I saw that they have a lifetime guarantee.
I emailed Horwood to ask if anything could be done and Rachel asked me to send photos of the pan. She then said that they would send out a replacement pan, but that there would be a delay because of Covid.
It arrived this morning and I'm looking forward to using it for many years to come, they are such a versatile pan which can also go in the oven.

my wife sent an email to Horwoods around 3pm yesterday, with regards to a fault that had developed with a kettle. The kettle had been purchased approx 2 years ago. Up to now and reading the reviews, I have had excellent service, I bought a toaster for Housetons in Ayr, unfortunately they are closing and are not doing refunds or exchanges, my toaster did not work properly.
