Our current sofa is a Natuzzi, which we have had for about 15 years and it is still going strong. However, we made the decision to look for a new one. Having appreciated the quality and design of Natuzzi, it was difficult to match elsewhere, despite visiting many of the other furniture stores. So after a couple of visits to Natuzzi Editions in Bristol, we came to a decision for the one we liked best, the 'Greg' Electric Recliner. Frank, (he doesn't look like a Frank!) the the store manager was there to help, supportive with a sense of humour and without the feeling of the pressure sales tactics. Despite it being late in the day and the store was due to close, Frank give us plenty of time to think it through, eventually we placed an order. So thanks for your patience Frank..

Our first visit to Natuzzi Editions in Bristol and really impressed with the beautiful sofas on display in the spacious and well-considered surroundings. After the perfect amount of browsing time, Alex introduced himself and very quickly understood what we were looking for. He showed us options and introduced variations without being overwhelming. Purchasing new furniture - especially sofas - is an expensive decision and one you want to make in calm, low-pressure surroundings with knowledgable and helpful staff. Alex did a fantastic job and we are really looking forward to the delivery of the two Natuzzi sofas bought on 5 June.

I have just purchased my first sofa from Natuzzi and am absolutely overwhelmed with the level of customer service I have received. I was served by Frank in the Bristol store who went above and beyond to make purchasing my sofa an enjoyable experience. He was very welcoming when I first walked into the shop and checked if I needed assistance without it feeling like I couldn’t explore the shop alone. Frank was extremely knowledgable about the sofa which really helped as I was not familiar with the brand beforehand. He has a cracking sense of humour and it was an absolute joy to do business with him. Cannot wait for my sofa to arrive!! Thank you Frank!!

It was lovely to find this new store in Bristol, we had no idea it was there. The store was bright clean and tidy, all the displays were well presented. We currently have a Natuzzi corner unit which has lasted us many years and went to Bristol today looking for a replacement. We instantly fell in love with one of the displays which was similar to our existing one and Frank did an excellent job of telling us all about it and how it could be configured to suit our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for Frank, we explained what we wanted and went off shopping elsewhere and arranged to call back later. On our return true to his word Frank had sorted everything for us including a great price so we placed an order there and then. Looking forward to visiting the store again when in Bristol and seeing Frank again when we have future requirements. I would not hesitate to recommend Natuzzi as a brand and Frank as a salesman.

I went through several stores looking for a bed that suited me, and Natuzzi were the ones that kept me coming back that I truly loved the look of. The bespoke nature and extra features that other places don't offer just made it a no brainer for me. In particular, every time I visited the store, Frank was fantastic in explaining we drugging and helping me make the right decisions when it came to my bed. Can't recommend Natuzzi enough, and in particular, Frank and his manager (Shane I believe) are fantastic representatives for the company. They made every effort to help me get not only the right bed, but also lock in the cheapest offers on said bed at the time.

After spending a few days exploring various retailers, we found the sofas we were looking for. Frank, (The sales assistant/manager), struck the right balance between being supportive and leaving us to our selves when we needed the 'tough conversations'. We paid more than we expected to, but decided that it was the quality we were looking for and the classy understated style was just right. There are more elaborate styles available, possibly to prove the Latin influence.

Shane, the Bristol Manager was great in communicating our delivery timetable and logistics and dealing with my queries. Nice chap. We are delighted with our new sofas, the quality is excellent and it sets our room off brilliantly. Finally the delivery team today were excellent and really made a difference. Thanks to the Bristol shop and delivery team for bringing it home in difficult times.
