Review of Kitchen sink unit from Mark at Woodstock We recently decided to completely renovate our kitchen. We looked at numerous fitted kitchens and weren’t entirely happy with any. Then we found Woodstock in Bristol on line. We drove there to see what bespoke furniture could offer. There we met Mark who was most helpful and understood exactly what we were looking for. We decided to have a made to measure bespoke unit for the kitchen. Mark was most helpful at every stage of the process, when we emailed him with queries along the way he always responded the same day. All the times he gave us were precise and our kitchen unit arrived on the scheduled date. After fitting, we were delighted with our unit which fitted the space exactly to plan. If you need professional friendly advice, then we can do no more than recommend you contact Mark at Woodstock, Bristol. Fireline FQ5W multi stove From start to finish, about 3-4weeks. Very professional, 2 days fitting with minimal mess. Easy to use, lights first time every time and very happy with it. Once it's going we find we're watching the fire rather than the TV. Have already recommended.

Fantastic Kitchen and Boiler Cupboard Mark has produced a very well made kitchen designed with a wooden worktop, matching cupboards, shelves, a Belfast sink, and an integrated washing machine and dishwasher. I am particularly impressed with the quality of the units and how it has been made to specification. Mark was helpful and provided good advice during the process too. The boiler cupboard is very smart and again well made. All the units were painted by Marks guy's and they have also done very nice job. Mark's recommended carpenter Phil did an excellent job fitting the kitchen and boiler cupboard. Thanks to All involved!

I spent a lot of time looking for larder units and research proved that a great many of them are made of MDF or with MDF doors and are not completely solid in construction then I happened to come across Woodstock and we travelled up to Bristol to have a look. What a result - great service and delivery was exactly as estimated and the delivery man was lovely. The journey there and back and the wait for production was definitely worth it. Beautiful kitchen and great value. There are so many good things to say about this kitchen and the service from Woodstock. This is a product that will last a lifetime and more. It is sourced, manufactured and finished in the UK and came with no plastic packaging. Everything fitted perfectly and the paint finish is beautiful. Fitting was straightforward and I had a very happy carpenter that was truly happy to be working with real wood and good quality joinery. For similar money you could get a mass produced MDF or chipboard commercial kitchen, but why would anyone do that??? On the service front the family team at Woodstock were always available, helpful and patient as well as keen to make sure we were happy at every stage. We cannot recommend this product and the service highly enough, thank you.

I'm more than happy to give Mark and his team five stars for their excellent service. I contacted Mark just before Christmas to inquire about installing a woodburner on my new house. Mark's attention and communication even over the holiday period was excellent. Rob then arrived the first week into the New Year and worked really hard to open up the fireplace and make a complete installation in just 10 days (most of which was waiting for the bespoke hearth to arrive). Woodstock arranged and fitted our new log burner a few weeks ago. Great service and communication from the outset from Mark initially with product advice and recommendations and from Rob who completed the installation in a timely and tidy fashion. Their recommendation of plumber to remove our previous gas fire and hetas engineer for sign off were both also excellent. Quick responses to any queries via email including on evenings and weekends and from choosing our stove to fitting took a little over 2 weeks which was really impressive. Having previously had a kitchen made by the guys at Woodstock, and been lucky enough to buy a wardrobe of theirs 2nd hand, we had no hesitation to go straight to them when we wanted a boiler cupboard fitting in our hallway. Our only regret in the whole experience is not having done it sooner!! Jake came out and really listened to what we wanted, worked out the logistics and measurements to make sure that it could all happen. Just as with Mark and the kitchen he was very thorough and didn’t rush this at all to make sure we were getting the absolute best end product possible in our space. The finished drawings came back very quickly and after agreeing to these it was just a few short weeks before the cupboard was arriving at our door. We once again used Phil, a fitter that they recommended for our kitchen a few years previously. The cupboard is beautiful - exactly what we were hoping for and looks like it has always been there! Every step of the process has been smooth, professional and easy. We felt listened to and couldn’t be happier with the expert workmanship of Jake, Mark and Phil. We will certainly be back for future projects and would highly recommend to anyone! (Not sure how to add photos but I have added photos of the fitted cupboard to my profile.)

Mark and Jake have been very helpful and committed to the project since the very beginning. We spent quite a long time designing together both the island and the pantry. Three weeks after we put the order in both pieces were ready to be painted. Again, Mark has been patient and accommodating when we needed a little extra time to choose the paint. Just over a month after the initial meeting to agree the design we received delivery of both pieces. Once again the communication has been excellent throughout the whole process. There was only one shelf missing which Mark Jake agreed to bring to us and fit only a couple of days after the delivery. Their dedication, attention to details and great customer service contributed to an overall, very pleasant experience. And the pieces look amazing! They’re solid and stylish. If we had known them before, we would have certainly commissioned the entire kitchen to Mark and Jake. When I now hear about someone who needs a new kitchen or a bespoke free standing piece, I always recommend to speak to Mark at Woodstock.

We recently bought a lovely chest of drawers made from reclaimed wood, and it looks great. It fits the space perfectly and is really well made. Mark was really helpful, we weren't totally sure we'd be able to get it up our very tight staircase, but he ensured us there'd be no problem if it didn't fit. We are absolutely thrilled with our kitchen from Woodstock. We went to them having seen the kitchen that they had done for some friends of ours, their customer service was highly recommended by our friends also and our experience was exactly the same! We had the painted finish kitchen with double Belfast sink, inset white goods, double larder and bin unit. It is our dream kitchen. From the outset Mark was fantastic with coming to measure - he was very particular and even asked to speak to our plasterer who had yet to do his bit to ensure that the measuring was absolutely correct - unfortunately we discovered additional pipe work when we ripped the old kitchen out that changed our plans but Mark was back out to us extremely quickly to ensure there was no hiccups with the order. Mark also gave us great advice on making sure the kitchen was user friendly and we are glad we took his advice. Otherwise he worked to meet all of our requirements and the finished kitchen has far surpassed what we have hoped for! We were very pleased with the fitters that he recommended. Our kitchen floor/walls were by no means perfectly straight and yet when my husband got the spirit level out each night as they were going along we could not find a fault, they worked tirelessly and we were so grateful for their attention to detail! We were also very pleased with how upfront the costing is. We certainly feel that for the quality it is very good value for money. This is a kitchen built to last. We are renovating our home and the kitchen is truly the hub for our little family. We couldn't be happier with our choice and know that it will grow with us for many years to come... I strongly expect that we will still be getting wonderful compliments on it for many years to come to! We will certainly be back when other projects around the house. Thank you Mark.

The guys at Woodstock helped us design the perfect kitchen larder. They double checked all the details to be sure we got exactly what we wanted. The production was surprisingly fast and very efficient. And after it was delivered they provided extra stain to perfect the revealed top surface. Fantastic service & excellent build quality, very please with our new kitchen. We visited the shop and found the style of kitchen we we're after. There and then we we're provided an initial quote based on some rough measurements. We then booked a home visit & Mark came and measured up & gave us options on finish. He drew up some plans for us that day. Everything was made to measure which keeps and great look and balance to the finish. Placed the order an a few weeks later the kitchen arrived. We stumbled upon Woodstock one day after moving into our new flat. Spoke to jake and saw the sorts of things they make. Making the order was easy by email and was sent a sketch of how it would look. I bought a Fireline FQ5W wood burning stove from Woodstock and am very pleased with it. It looks good with its large glass viewing panel and stylish design. Mark was really helpful in answering my questions and providing very quick responses to e mails. Woodstock only stock the Fireline models so there is no choice of types of stoves like other shops but, after undertaking some research, the FQ5W very much meet our needs at a competitive price. Rob, who undertook the fitting was excellent: he came round to measure up, explained precisely what he was going to do and executed it perfectly. Overall very much recommended.

My wife and I have just been back to Woodstock for our third purchase, a new desk, having previously bought a dining room set and two matching dressers. Mark has always been very helpful and we have been impressed with the quality of the furniture. Although it is 'new' furniture the reclaimed wood that Mark uses gives it character and a quality feel which you can't get at the big furniture stores, plus there is the added benefit that Mark can make it to the sizes you require.

16 years ago we moved into our present house and needed to replace the kitchen. With 4 young children we wanted something that was value for money but also fitted our taste. We wanted a country kitchen look but totally failed in all the standard kitchen shops. Quality was poor, price was hi. By luck we came across Woodstock in Stokes Croft Bristol and found just what we were looking for. Our solid wood no nonsense free standing units with matching wall cupboards from Woodstock still look as good now as they did when first installed. Maintenance has been minimal with just a light waxing every six months. Excellent quality and service from a team of people who really know what they are talking about. I would not go anywhere else and suggest you at least call in if you are looking for a quality, value for money Kitchen.

Having looked at a few totally unaffordable websites for 'bespoke' furniture we were delighted to discover Woodstock. Mark has now made two dressers, a bureau, kitchen units and sundry cupboards and work surfaces, all exactly as we wanted, and frankly the prices compared pretty well with off-the-peg pine furniture elsewhere. Design and construction are determinedly 'rustic', seem very solid, and look great with the use of old pine. If you're in the market for this sort of furniture, especially if you want it made to suit you, Woodstock are well worth investigating.

In re-fitting our flat, we have prioritised sustainability and a low carbon footprint. I feel totally happy every time I go into the kitchen that Mark and his team have expertly designed and fitted for us us into a relatively small space, making it a joy to use. Beautifully made pieces with internal dovetail joints, and not an inch of plastic in sight. Admiring comments from friends have included the wish from one that she too could have had a kitchen like this if only she could afford it. When I told her the price, she realised that it was no more expensive than her own budget kitchen which is likely to fall apart in a few years. Since having the kitchen fitted, we have returned to Woodstock Kitchens for a bespoke dresser in an alcove in our living room; and we are equally pleased with the result.
