Very helpful staff. Two spacious showrooms with elegant Italian designed and made furniture. I took a long time to make my decision and never felt any sense of pressure. My sofa is from the Portento range and is so comfortable, the right height and good support for my arthritic frame and it looks very good. My whippets Gwen and Harri love it too!!

The quality of the furniture is astounding, we had our original Natuzzi sofa for 13 years it was still going strong and didn’t need really replacing, but we decided we would like a change. Obviously we were delighted to find out that Natuzzi had opened a new store in Cardiff, called in and having listened to advice and help from the knowledgeable staff we bought a new sofa that we are really happy with. Purchased an excellent quality leather sofa, very happy with the product. Staff were very friendy and helpful. We noticed a small mark on one of the sofas after it was delivered, after a call to Natuzzi a repair technician called out to repair the issue quickly, very good service. Would buy from Natuzzi again.

I cannot rate the shop at Cardiff Gate and Clare in particular highly enough. We’re delighted with our purchase, Clare made the whole process a pleasure. Clare listened to our requirements and preferences and had suggestions that worked perfectly for us. The ordering process was explained to us fully, so we were aware of lead times etc. Delivery was very straightforward & the two men were very tidy & efficient & kept us fully informed of timings.
