We had a very good experience at oak furniture land. From start to finish they were excellent. They were helpful, knowledgeable and kept us updated of our new table order and delivery. It is such good quality and matches our furniture purchased from oak furniture land about 10 years ago!

What I really like about this place is the layout. They have each section divided into a product range. This means you are seeing all the products in a range in one place regardless of the room its designed for. Other furniture outlets often put all the bedroom products together then another section for lounge and so on which means the range is split up.

Been to the store today to buy Dining room furniture. Liam the salesman was lovely with my mum who is 85 such a lovely guy. Credit to your store. Wasnt pushy left us look around until she decided on her choice. Thanks Karen

A good range of high quality furniture. Felt the salesman saw me as just a number, but that didn't affect my decision over what to buy. When my furniture arrived it was damaged, but their post sales care is excellent and after sending them a few photos of the problems they replaced it no questions asked.

Very pleasant staff and management in Cardiff branch. The staff are very supportive and helpful and have good knowledge. I live in Newport but always visit Cardiff store, just because the staff are pleseant and very good to deal with compared to Newport store.

Just bought a dinning set and six chairs one chair damaged and 2 leather seats also bought a television cabinet which was damaged not the shops fault probably tje delivery people but after unsuccessfully repairing everything thay changed the lot so cant fault the service
