We knew which bed we wanted, and Your Sales consultant Lewis was first class in helping us to decide which mattress to choose. The order was placed and arrived in good time. The delivery staff were polite and helpful. We are very happy with our purchase and only yesterday, contacted Lewis to order another bed and mattress for a second bedroom.

The store experience was good. The sales person left us to browse but was on hand to answer any questions. The delivery guys phoned before arriving on the agreed date, donned over shoes before coming into the house, took the mattress to the bedroom and removed the old mattress. Overall we were pleased with the experience.

Both the delivery men were polite, helpful and very friendly. They wore covers on their feet to protect my new carpet and carried my wardrope up the narrow stairs to the room. They also called twice to let me know what time tgey were coming. Excellent customer service so please tell them for me.

Informed of a time slot in the morning and received a call 20 minutes before arrival. Bed bought in assembled and our existing headboard attached. Unfortunately we had a damaged drawer but the delivery guy took a photo and sent it to Head Office for us and advised that I would need to ring customer services after they left which I duly did.
