We have put Elfin units into our cabins at Daisy Bank Camp and guests love them! They are durable, compact but really well equipped and i think most of our guest reviews mention how great the kitchen is. Very good choice if you want lots of flexible functionality, in a tight space.

I came across the Elfin product when looking for a compact kitchen for a self contained multi functional room adjoining our house. The area in fact was an artist's studio so an attractive space for visitors with lovely views. The Elfin unit looks stylish, well made and happily sits in the room without being intrusive. To add to this happy mix it works well too! The company gave us attentive service with a delivery problem which was reassuring.

Customer service is excellent. There is nowhere near me to see these kitchens so I was using the brochure but once I had decided, I was sent pictures and descriptions. The complete kitchen arrived on a pallet 3 days after my order. It's set up and working and the plumber who installed it thought it looked very neat. We love it. A great solution for a bedsit. So very pleased with the bright green Elfin kitchen I bought for my Summerhouse. Tom McCain was more than helpful, even sending me pictures, as I couldn’t quite decide on the colours. It arrived on time and fully assembled. I’ve had some lovely comments about it and wouldn’t hesitate in using Elfin again or recommending them.

Excellent service , great product .Purchase to create Two Studio Apartment suites in our bed and breakfast. perfect little kitchen for small spaces, we got one until with built in microwave and fridge and sink , but basically can build your own kitchen to what ever size. Absolutely brilliant customer service - they were really patient with me (I dealt with Tom), explaining exactly how the kitchens were set up, turning around both sketches and 3D drawings really quickly, and giving speedy responses to my queries re the install & after-care. In the end we couldn't make the timings work so I can't comment on the final product, but 10/10 for customer care.

After 12 years of great service my Elfin Kitchen developed a electrical fault to the hob plate. After speaking to Bob in technical who was very helpful & knowledgeable, he recommended Walter who covers my area for the hob repair. After contacting Walter we agreed on a repair date. Walter diagnosed the issue & gave me options of repair as the wiring loom had a fault. I choose to go all out replacing the wiring loom & hob plates as it was the same effort to replace both at the same time. Two hours later my Elfin hob plates & wiring loom were replaced & electrics no longer tripping. Thank you very much Elfin Kitchens for great customer service & to Walter for being very helpful & so easy to deal with, my type of trades person, very courteous, helpful, turned up on time & tidied up when finished living his work area spotless....

We had six kitchens installed for our holiday cottages at two different stages in Cornwall. they are loved by our guests and very practical with good sign elements. We needed to change a two ring hob into a four ring hob afterwards to meet AA grading standards, Bob the Managing director had driven 6 hours down to us worked on-site solved our problem. a very good company to deal with, + excellent after sale services. Bob is a fair, honest, very helpful and respectable businessman rare to find nowadays. highly recommended ! Chang Li Pinetum Gardens

Elfin Kitchens staff are helpful, informative along with being friendly. Nothing appears to be too much trouble for them. I was very impressed, having dealt with various suppliers in my work. Elfin could teach them a thing or two regarding customer communication.

The units are good looking, smart and compact However the delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. I was told that it would be delivered about 1 pm (not about 12 noon) and I had intended being there at 12:30 pm but it was delivered at 12 noon, and there was only one person available to take it up just 4 steps to the front door of the house and the driver would not help with it, so it was taken away. Had I been there when the delivery occurred I am sure I would have been able to sort things out, since the man who came to look at the boiler would have helped unloading the unit. Instead I had to pay for timed re-delivery £112.80 two days later. So I think that the delivery company should not have charged us for the re-delivery or at the very least just charged us half the charge.
