Very happy with the furniture we’ve bought from Hatfields. Always great quality, service and a great range too. We’ve also been really happy with the delivery service as well. The guys have always been very accommodating, friendly and efficient. They brought all the parts to where we wanted it to go, assembled it all in situ and took all of the packaging away. We recently purchased and had delivered a super king mattress. Our staircase does have quite a tricky dog leg but the guys could not have taken more care to manhandle the lump around and into our bedroom. Visited Dean & Co, a soft furnishings Company within Hatfields. They were their usual helpful self and we found d exactly what we wanted and booked appointment for someone to visit us to measure up fir curtains and loose covers for a chair to tone in with wallpaper also bought from Dean's.

Always such a great service from start to finish with Hatfieids, and their furniture never disappoints. We ordered our 2 x 3 seater Chestfields back in March, estimated delivery was 16 weeks which was no problem, Hatfieids kept us updated when the date was extended, again no problem for us at all. The 2 gentleman who delivered it were so professional, and took care entering our house etc. There was a slight hiccup with one of the feet on the sofa, which they reported to the service team and within 24 hours we had a call to arrange an engineer to rectify it. Stunning sofas, the most comfortable sofas we have ever bought.

I have always shopped at Hatfields , and I can only say honestly I think offer excellent service . Andrew is very knowledgable and so very helpful . French who I have known for many years as she worked in another beautiful store , and she is relatively a new sales assistant , but again has been trained very well . All I can say if you are looking for a top sales team without being too pushy the go down to Hatfields . My garden furniture which I bought from Hatfields is beautiful , and over the years I have bought numerous pictures all which are stunning . Love the service and the guys and girls that work there keep up the good work thankyou .

We bought a double mirrored wardrobe from this lovely furniture store in June, and have just had it delivered and assembled. From purchase to delivery, this has been a positive experience. Although having to wait 10 weeks for the wardrobe to come from Germany, it was well worth the wait. Wonderful quality and assembled by two really polite and effcient guys. I cannot recommend Hatfields enough. Many thanks.

Called in really late (unknowingly) just before store shut, wanting to look for a large garden parasol. Staff were VERY helpful and not fazed about helping even after store was shut! Both the manager and his professional assistant went above & beyond usual customer service to find exactly what we wanted. Sorted out delivery AND with their team including unpack, assemble & install. They turned up on time clean & tidy, did a wonderful job, cleared away all the packaging, demonstrated how the unit worked. Can't recommend them highly enough, Thanks Guys. Jim from Sudbury

Ordered some beautiful furniture from Hatfields. Unfortunately a manufacturing fault occurred. I contacted the customer service department and I couldn’t be more impressed. We purchased a sofa about 4 years ago and managed to somehow wear a hole in the delicate wool fabric. We contacted the manufacturer to see if we could buy the fabric to have it repaired. They said contact the retailer, so we went back to Hatfields to enquire. They sent an upholster round to examine the damage, he found there to be a fault and Hatfields arranged to obtain the fabric and send the upholster back to carryout a complete replacement of the base fabric. The sofa is as good as new, and there was no cost to us at all. I was not expecting this, it represents excellent customer care, communication was first class throughout, I would thoroughly recommend Hatfields, the furniture is very high quality, this means it costs a little more, but the aftercare in my opinion is excellent.

We recently purchased a premium brand leather suite comprising of a three seater and two reclining chairs. We quickly noticed a number of quality issues with the finishing following delivery. Hatfields have been absolutely fantastic being a family run business who care about their customers. They have resolved the quality issues promptly with the manufacture and we shall shortly receive a full replacement suite. A big thank you to all the staff at Hatfields for making this happen.

Generally good quality furniture here but have found the staff a mixed bag. Generally very helpful once you speak to them but on a couple of occasions we've been showing interest in products for quite a while but our presence was ignored by multiple staff members, resulting in us just abandoning the place. I don't like being hounded but surely a simple "just give me a shout if you need any help" wouldn't be hard?

I have been visiting Hatfields for many years now, from when I was a child with my parents and now as an adult. The quality of the products for sale has always struck me as being top end and is still so today. I think they need to update there displays a little for such a high end furniture store. Having models of large TVs is a little dated now. A negative for me on this visit was that out of all the staff, not one of them approached us asking if we required any assistance. All seemed to be too busy in their workstations.

Thank you Hatfields for marvellous customer service. We came to you because although we had purchased furniture and rugs from you before, we had decided to use a sofa company who had made our second hand sofas. Turned out to be a bad decision for so many reasons. The design we bought from them was a new model and gave us back and neck problems. We thought we were imagining it so didn't feel we could tell them that this might be because of the sofa design but eventually we had to send them back to have a part of the frame removed that was putting our hips out of line. We learned from this and came back to your shop. We have a tiny house and didn't imagine that you would have the perfect sofa for us. So those one year old sofas have been donated to a charity and we are comfortable and supported after a day of activity, best of all my neck and my husbands back problem have reduced enormously since we have had these sofas from you. I am now discharged from physio as well. The seat backs are so supportive and look very on trend as well. We should never have strayed from your shop to buy from the internet again. Thank you for having such a diverse stock that we found what we needed at first rather than trawling around the shops. So nice to have attention and a good listener in the sales assistant. The fabric choice for this design was big enough to make choosing quite easy too. For a loose cover sofa the fitting is very precise. Think you can tell we are delighted with them!

I have bought furniture from Hatfields for more years than I care to remember and the reason I keep going back, apart from the wide choice, is because of their excellent customer service. Some years ago, I had an issue with a leather sofa, not the fault of Hatfields, which they tried to resolve with the manufacturer but as I’d had it for almost a year, the supplier couldn’t match the patina. The result was, despite its age, a completely free replacement. Everything I have bought since then has been perfect but I recently bought a dining table which had very minor damage to the base. I didn’t notice for two weeks after delivery because it was so slight but once again, Hatfields have dealt with it impeccably. I’m guessing that there are other retailers out there who would say that I should have noticed before accepting delivery of it or even that I caused the damage myself and would try to get out of their obligations, but not the sales staff at Hatfields. The day after telling the store, I received a letter from them informing me that they had contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and the day after that they telephoned to say that a replacement had been dispatched and they would replace the damaged one as soon as the new one arrived. Now that’s what I call customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to make Hatfields my first choice the next time I want some furniture
