Love Colchester Neptune! The service has always been excellent. A couple of weeks ago I I was painting my son's room and ran out of Neptune paint so I called the store to check if they had any in stock. I spoke to Sarah, she was extremely helpful and when she offered to personally deliver the paint on her way home that very evening I was absolutely delighted. Thank you Sarah you are a star! I also want to add that when I visited the store back in the summer I also received the same excellent service when deciding which colour throw and cushions to buy for my bed. The help and advice I received was again outstanding and I am thrilled with how my bedroom looks. Thank you Colchester Neptune!

Visited Neptune Colchester recently, received a lovely welcome from the very knowledgeable friendly staff. The store is stunning with beautiful room sets, on each wall there is a note saying which paint colour has been used which was so helpful to us as we have a large decorating project and it confirmed our colour choices. We placed our order and the service really has been great, will definitely be back to accessorise our home.

Having undergone a dreadful experience with Mark Wilkinson Kitchens, we opted for Neptune. The final order was the purchase of a kitchen, utility room, fitted bookcases in the lounge, pieces of oak furniture, accessories and paint. We are delighted with our choice. The quality of the joinery is second to none and comes with a transferable, lifetime guarantee. Not a trace of MDF, chipboard or fibreboard. The items were installed by Neptune craftsmen in a new house. The construction company site manager, himself a master carpenter of 30 years experience, commented that it was the finest quality, bespoke kitchen he had ever seen installed. To cap it all, every piece is hand painted again once installed. Our purchases were made through the Neptune Colchester store, where the staff morale is very high, we were treated with the utmost politeness and patience throughout. An outstanding experience. I love Neptune! It's an upscale furniture and home store that offered a wide range of products for the upscale home. Prices vary from what you need to buy but items are not cheap to the average person but worth the price for the quality you are purchasing.

Beautiful furniture and accessories. I really like the tote bags your purchases get put into (obviously accessories and not the furniture or kitchen units!!! This chain of stores are beautifully laid out and a little bit of escapism!
