I went in for a quotation on new kitchen and I can say the service I received from the moment I stepped in was fantastic. I was greeted by a pleasant young lady and the whole experience was good. Even after my quotation I brought a bag of plasterboard adhesive and this was really quick transaction at the back office by the person who did my kitchen quotation. It was nice to see the business doing so well in these difficult times. Overall really good experience with good welcoming and helpful staff.

Sheppards DIY is a very, very good shop for diy products. Hand tools, electric tools, plumbing supplies, electrical supplies, wood, adhesives and sealants, hardware and . . . kitchens. We have also bought an excellent cooker from Sheppards. Over many years we have found Sheppards to be helpful and we highly recommend them.

I used to snob this place and to my embarrassment, realized that it is much but much cheaper than the giant diy chains. I approached one of the ladies (with an interesting hair colour as well as funky tattoos) for some assistance and I was taken around the corner to see the selection of TGVs. Would recommend this establishment for any diy and also, more importantly, it is local. Been in today, needed some advice and direction on building shelving in our airing cupboard. Perry (staff member) came to our aid and gave us sound advice and options on types of wood to work on. He even cut the wood to our specifications (saving a lot of time ahead). Thank you again, we'll be back!

Although it's a trek for me to get to from Leamington Spa, much better service than where I bought my kitchen from before.

Ordered a Prima Dishwasher from their suppliers for me, phone call next day to confirm it had been delivered. Shop staff with no hesitation put in the car for me, on fitting dishwasher had a technical concern which they investigated for me and advised. One of the best hardware shops I've been in, Forget the big so called outlets that can't even offer a human to take your money, Shepherds are a long standing and established hardware store, great friendly staff and excellent prices throughout there product range. Very good very handy CoVid-19 compliant local specialist DIY store. This store is well stocked and offers a wide variety of items at unbelievably competitive prices. Everthing from small specialist tools to fitted bathrooms and kitchen.

Local DIY shop has been around for years. It has grown a little bit over that time and although it cannot compare to the size of somewhere like B and Q, prices are really keen and you are not forced to buy things in small packets, such as fixings or screws for silly prices. On top of that the staff are really helpful and Knowledgeable.

I thought I was after an item, and after being turned away from two Big stores, I found myself here and after saying what I was after they said they could get it, but suggested something different that would work and would only cost 99p and it was perfect. Two BIG stores only sell "items" (and failed). Sheppard's sell "solutions" to problems, which was much more important to me.

Great DIY store, stocks most things. Also do fitted kitchens and bathrooms. Update, you can buy a kitchen or bathroom from them but expect to wait 2/3 months to have it fitted! Wouldn't use there own recommend fitters, best get your own if you want the job doing quickly. Kitchen 3 meters by 2.5 meters fitting cost 3k!

A better friendly professional service than B and Q, and the prices of it's stock are competitive compared to the bigger DIY chains. It sticks bow saw blades where as B and Q make and bow saw blades are very limited. And are not for the standard fit bow saws. Well priced as well compared to B and Q.
