Peter was quick to assist but also once he had given us the information he deemed relevant he was happy to let us search at our own discretion. He was always on hand to answer questions no matter how simple or complicated. He was never pushy towards anything and was clearly more concerned with us getting the right mattress than getting the highest money out of us which as a customer instantly makes me want to shop here for any further related purchases. Fantastic member of staff with top level knowledge and an asset to the store.

Excellent customer service. I had been trying all day to buy a good quality mattress that was rolled up so could be transported, without success, after I had had an Argos mattress delivered in the morning which the text said was rolled and wasn't so had to refuse delivery. I rang the Derby store and the Manager I spoke to was so helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me the information I needed to compare the products he had in stock so that when I went to the store, just after rush hour, I knew exactly what I wanted. When I arrived I explained that I had spoken to a gentlemen on the phone and he said that it was him. He didn't just say "here's the mattress" and get me out of the store as quickly as possible , he insisted I tried them out first. I was so pleased with my purchase that I bought a fitted sheet even though I had one at home and he threw in the pillowcases. After my purchase he took it to the car without being asked. I have no hesitation in recommending this store. You get so used to poor service that when you experience it it makes shopping such a pleasurable experience. Thank YOU.

Would of felt more comfortable having a walk around rather than the salesperson being on me at the door . Lovely guy but I prefer a mooch around. I basically viewed 2 beds before leaving.

Arrived on the time they said they would be there and kept me updated throughout the day of the times they would arrive. The blokes who came and delivered the bed was friendly and very helpful.
