B.Excellent service from the minute you walk in the shop ,we were approached by Richard we presume was the boss , he was super friendly told us to have a look around, any help give him a shout when we chose something, which we did , with absolutely no pressure he advised us on all aspects of purchase , we chose a 3 piece suite of which he held back delivery to give us time to carry out alterations to the room , it was then delivered by 2 very polite and helpful men . S. B.If you are looking for a new suite you could save time and energy by visiting one of Frank Knightons 3 shops. They have a great variety of quality suites plus they make their own, so there is something for everyone.
We first met Richard when we walked into his Ascot Drive, Derby shop. After endless chats and advice we decided to have a suite made by them. We were given continual help and advice along the way, nothing was too much trouble. Eventually our suite was finished ON TIME and delivered by the most competent delivery men. They unpacked it and put it in place in our lounge. Such professional service from beginning to end. Our new suite not only looks fantastic but it is so comfortable.
So to Richard and all the team at Frank Knightons a huge thank you.
