The young man in the showroom was very helpful with me explained everything very well so not confusing and also serving other customers while I was there safely and with a smile. On my last visit I was served by Holly who always goes out of her way to ensure you get all of your requested materials asap. Everytime I have been served by Holly everything I need is done asap from quotes to materials, when I phone through for anything she always goes out of her way to ensure I get what I need asap. I find her a valued member of staff and would like to see her more on the counter helping tom. She always has banter with the tradesmen and is a pleasure to deal with which makes ordering materials so much easier.
