A. L.Just taken delivery of our bespoke study furniture and TV/Hi Fi unit. We visited Incite after a recommendation from two friends and have not been disappointed from the moment we walked into the office on a very very cold day to the delivery of the furniture. An excellent service and workmanship all round, not forgetting price too. Will definitely use again.
m. w.I ordered a pantry cabinet to be made in bespoke dimensions and to incorporate wine bottle storage. I quickly received a design drawing of the cabinet in line with the dimensions I had provided. After agreeing this, the unit was made within the timescale agreed and it was absolutely worth the wait.
When it arrived it was constructed on site by two carpenters and situated where I asked. They were extremely polite and professional and when they finished they waxed the cabinet a final time and cleaned up any debris.
I could not be happier with the finished result; it is beautifully constructed, extremely sturdy has clearly been crafted with care.
D. H.If you are looking for cottage style furniture for kitchen, bedroom or home, at a good price and well made, try this place out. Everything is made on the premises to YOUR sizes and you can even see the staff working through glass screens. There is a showroom upstairs for you to browse through at your leisure, along with some soft furnishings as well. The staff are all friendly and will bend over backwards to design things just for you and not off the shelf. Bespoke is definitely the word

From start to finish (and beyond) Incite showed a genuine interest in our project. We were having a complete kitchen re-work with new wiring, ceiling, thicker floor tiles - everything was going to be different. Although the room had limited scope for layout differences, the changes Mark suggested were perfect and have given us a far more impressive result.
To take on a project like this, Incite needed to liaise with our builders, plumbers and electricians as well as the worktop company. They took all this on without any involvement from ourselves and as if by magic, the various project pieces aligned to the delivery date we'd been promised. The team even helped by working directly with the dish-washer suppliers as the door mechanism on our chosen product didn't work with the kitchen design (our fault!)
We've asked for touch-up paint and some oil for the naked woodwork - none of this has been a problem.
Seriously - if you want something designed for you and installed by the very people that design and build it, look no further. Amazing quality and (comparing to the high end catalogue suppliers) incredible value. Buy cheap, buy twice.. but buy from Incite and you genuinely get the top end product and service without the middleman overhead.
We're handing them two more projects in the future.. an office and a bedroom. No hesitation at all.

The service was exemplary. All furniture was delivered on time. All the staff were professional, helpful and very friendly. Special thanks to Derek, the proprietor, and Leslie in the office.
