I’ve purchased a few things from JYSK and cannot praise the staff enough, who were so helpful, cheerful and kind. There were three lads who helped me and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs. It’s very nice to get a shop like this, great products, great staff.

Always a pleasure to shop here although this time, did click and collect. In retrospect it would have been quicker just to shop in store. Product is excellent quality and very reasonably priced.

I have had furniture from this place before and no issues at all it can take a little while for delivery and I do think the delivery charge is a bit much but its no different to IKEA and what they charge I definitely would recommend this place

I'm leaving this review in hope the manager of the JYSK store Derby Metor Centre see's this. I attended today with my mother and sister, to purchase an office chair. Team member Peter helped my mother and I, for saying the lad had only been working at your store for a week, he was excellent and couldn't do enough for me and my mum ( my mum is hard work, bless her) both of us have disabilities and dread shopping. 100% customer service, well done for hiring him. Having previously been a store manager, mystery shopper and now currently teach customer service, you couldn't get a better member of staff. Following on from Peter, keira at the till was also great and very helpful. I would certainly recommend your business not only for your fab products but 10/10 customer service well done 👏

Lovely homewares store, Scandinavian in style, with a lot of inexpensive products across 2 floors. With a wheelchair accessible lift. Plenty of free parking too.

Love the products and the prices,just like IKEA but without the meatballs and you don't lose your way around the store! It's nice to have something different from the regular furniture stores and although the store is not huge it has a varied range . Staff are great and can easily order you items that are out of stock and then text you to pick up in store.

The store has some great, modern Scandinavian design, stock at inviting prices. The staff at the Derby store are five star. Friendly, helpful and very patient with customers. I would award five stars overall except for the fact that a purchase had to be returned because of incorrect measurements on the store display and on the packaging. The matter was dealt with in a very professional manner. I can highly recommend the Derby JYSK store.

We bought a corner sofa from this store last year and after a year of use unfortunately it broke down to an unusable state. I was really disappointed because the price of the sofa wasn't cheap. So I though I'll give them a visit maybe they can do something... After I went into the shop Shaun dealt with my issue and honestly, he is a legend. He went over and beyond to sort out my problem and I genuinely say he is a big credit to the team! Hope he gets a pay rise as he well deserves it! You just made one more loyal customer to yourself. Honestly, well done Jysk! :)

Like a budget Ikea, lots of on trend items some are quite reasonably priced. Purchased some great lamps for the office for only £15 each, have seen similar on the internet for £50 each. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Now has become my favourite home store! Great deals like Ikea without the stress and hassle. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Bought the cutest bedside tables half price and the nicest accessories for my first home.

Bought a single mattress from the store. We were served by Sarah who was really knowledgeable about the different mattresses and was refreshingly honest in her evaluation of the benefits of each one. She took her time to understand what was important to us and her assistance was invaluable. The mattress itself was well priced, but the customer service was second to none. Thank you Sarah.

Had a garden set which we love from Meteor centre JYSK, its been great and with stood many typical heavy storms and winds throughout the year. Unfortunatly after over a year we had a issue with the zip failing so visited this shop to see what they would help, found the staff so helpful they were brilliant and a credit to the store. My son and I visited the derby store sun 19th July, had a short wait to get in behind a couple who created because the girl on the door asked them to take a basket which is obvious it is to monitor amounts of customers in the store. We happily took our 2 baskets and thanked her. Bought a few items arrived at the till to pay the young girl who served us sorry didn’t get a name, long blonde hair then very nicely gave us some discount as we said thankyou to her on arriving 😊 which we thought was so lovely as are all the staff in the shop, it made my afternoon. I think it was the manageress short hair shaved on one side sorry didn’t get name, then told us she had been verbally abused by a customer shortly before so we were a breath of fresh hence the lovely gesture of a discount. Well done you all do a fab job, I no as I work in retail too. Kay Walker.

Great store - we ordered an item online during the lockdown in the UK and we collected a few days after being told it was in-store.... ....stripped the packaging down so we could transport home and the store even disposed of the packaging for us
