What a change to have proper customer service ! No pushy salesman just a very helpful chap Called Chris .we can't leave feedback on furniture we purchased as 8-10 week delivery, but will be back to update .So all I can say at the moment is A + to lee longlands friendly and helpful staff .If your furniture comes up to the same standard "WE WILL BE BACK " . Just an update , still impressed ! Lent us table and chairs until our order is received , our rug came into stock early so one of their staff delivered it personally . All I can say so far is try and find service like this anywhere else . Thank you Chris and Jade who our dealing with our order .

Really happy with the furniture we bought from Lee Longlands in Derby (TV unit and a dining table) - both really good quality and reasonable value (bought in the sale). Delivery took a few weeks longer than expected when purchased, but we were kept informed throughout and the delivery team on the day were friendly and professional. They also built our our dining table as part of the delivery service. Thank you!

Originally we ordered two leather reclining chairs for our kitchen dinner; we was told it would take around 17 wks; which was exactly a week before Christmas, 18th December. We was having a new kitchen installed, and realised after a couple of weeks that the two chairs would be too big. I rang and spoke to Jade, who'd dealt with our order, and asked if we could change it to a two seater settee. She said there wasn't a problem, but it might not arrive in time for Christmas, so you can imagine our surprise when we received a phone call, to say it could be delivered on the 23rd. We can not praise Lee longlands enough, the experience we had in buying; changing the order and delivery were all spot on. The customers right policy is still alive! You may pay a little more than other places, but i would highly recommend them and use them again.

We brought a sofa from the Derby Branch in April and were really pleased with the service, help and advice we were given in making our purchase, Curtis was really helpful and the after service was excellent. Fantastic service,

The shop is full of lovely items. Great to browse with knowledgeable staff. Bought a sofa which was delivered on time and unpacked very carefully by the delivery drivers.

Two ladies upstairs in bedroom are amazing! Friendly yet to the point and if you're nice they will treat you nicely in return :) got a deal on bedroom set as they were ex display and free delivery too :)

Shops was closed when i arrived there to drop off a parcel for Parcel i couriers ... staff were very quick to open up the doors & sign for the parcel ... inside was pretty big and spacious with a warm relaxing atmosphere ... im sure shoppers will have a good shopping experience once opened again

Great choice. Unhurried and unobtrusive service . Assistants helpful.great that its situated in centre of town as i dont drive. ..but has facility to pick up items from the shop door .
