Firstly received a very warm welcome from Jane and Martin. Jane was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble while picking our settee. Deliverly was very efficient and professional by Tom. Ordered a sofa and TV stand in-store, with Jane; can't fault her service... Welcoming from the moment you enter the shop, happy to help and also answer any questions you have; overall, a lovely lady and made the shopping experience excellent. The sofa was made and delivered in a very reasonable time and the TV stand also delivered in a timely fashion; both delivered by professional gents who were very respectful of the house and made sure to carefully move the items, to where needed. Can't fault the sofa or TV stand, both doing their jobs very well and finished the room off nicely. The sofa is comfortable and the material clearly of a high quality, just what I had imagined when wanting to buy. Would 10/10 use this business again, whether that be to refurbish the sofa, in the future, or buy a new one. The prices are very reasonable for bespoke furniture from a smaller business. Every point of contact was exceptional and made the process of choosing and buying so much easier. Thank you to Jane, Martin and the team! x

I bought a corner settee quite a few years ago from Jane and Martin. They couldn't have been more helpful, from coming to our house to measure for the correct fit to choosing fabrics and designs. When buying our new house we used Martin Parker for furniture, curtains, blinds and carpets. Jane and Martin were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable when we were looking at colour schemes etc. The quality of all our goods is first class and this matches the customer service we received. It made moving into our house a joy knowing there was one shop that we could use to get everything we needed and the quality would be fantastic! Sadly, we had a flood after living in the property for a year & half. However, Martin was so helpful again and we used them to replace things. Again, they made the situation less stressful with their fantastic manner and service! Thank you both for all your help and support. A 5* business!
