I started searching for a desk after receiving poor service from another furniture store locally in Stamford and I’m so pleased I did. I called Russell Oak and Steel during a very difficult time for business and spoke with Joshua. He was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Its a small business who clearly have a passion and desire to deliver a great service while designing and building everything in house and by hand. I have now set my new office up and the quality of the products is outstanding. The drawer unit is so well built they will last a lifetime. I have the Remington Desk and Drawer units plus a bespoke sized matching coffee table. Could have ask for more. Design, Build and customer service all worthy of 5 stars.

Having been looking for a top quality desk to refit my home office, I was beginning to despair at the lack of quality & poor value at the "normal" retailers, when I came across Russell Oak & Steel online. I loved the style of the furniture and the fact that it was made to order, allowing me to get exactly what I wanted. So I contacted Joshua with a few questions and the specification I was looking for. He came back to me very quickly and we discussed the options before confirming exactly what I was after and arranging a timescale to go and collect the desk in person (Though delivery was offered!). On arrival at the workshop (Very easy to find), I was amazed at the quality of the workmanship. It was exactly what I was hoping for. Joshua is incredibly friendly, professional and is a true artisan...whether you are looking for a single quality item or outfitting a large office, I couldn't recommend him enough. I will certainly be back - in fact, we have already started talking about my next project piece!

One of the best Customer Service Experiences I have ever had!! Joshua was extremely professional and helpful throughout the design phase of the project, nothing was too much trouble. He answered all my questions and queries promptly. I am extremely pleased with the finished product and would have no hesitation in recommending Russell Oak & Steel. The table and benches look stunning in our kitchen and are of the highest quality and were very reasonably priced compared to mainstream retailers.
