We had a kitchen fitted by Western Kitchens in Derby off Ascot Drive and the owner Khalid dealt with us from start to finish. Our kitchen was a complete rip out and re-gut with building work involved too. We had a wall removed. Khalid did a complete 3D design of our plan and made good suggestions from his experience, for us to incorporate. Our experience was good overall and we are very pleased with the final finished kitchen. The communication from the owner was great, and he kept us informed at all stages throughout the process and also worked hard to deliver on what we needed. We had asked him to change the depth of the units after ordered, and he changed these for us. He also communicated with the worktop company to ensure our final install was done to the correct requirements. It did take slightly longer, but it was not Western Kitchen’s fault. In addition to this, we are also pleased that appliances supplied and installed by Western Kitchen are too a high standard and at a fair market value price. Overall on cost of the whole project, we believe it worked out at more or less the same cost as any other supplier but the service was great we are pleased overall. Thank you Western Kitchen and Khalid. We would recommend.

After getting several quotations from other kitchen companies we visited Western Kitchens we found the people very friendly and helpful, they listened to our requests and designed a kitchen that we are very pleased with. I would highly recommend this company. We have just had a kitchen fitted with them and the service was excellent from start to finish. Khalid initially came out to us and was very helpful with suggestions and making various plans to help us decide the layout. We were then invited to their great showroom in Derby to see all the options for our budget. They have a great range of styles to suit everyone's taste and budget!! The fitters were fantastic, we had a lot of work done but they kept us involved at every stage. We are really happy with the overall result, quality of the kitchen, and the service we received. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Khalid even came out a couple of times during fitting to oversee and make sure we were happy. Great service for a great price!! Western Kitchen Derby provided me my dream kitchen. They professionally planned this kitchen with me very carefully and listened to my ideas and needs around the kitchen. The end product, my kitchen is work of art. The branded Chippendale kitchen units are beautiful and are of a very good quality. My kitchen needed a lot of repairing work before the units were fitted which cost us more money but builders/fitters were also very good. The electric and gas work was also done by the same 2 fitters. The good quality appliances e.g. the gas hob, electric oven and the exhaust fan/ filter were also fitted appropriately. Our family and friends are very much impressed by Western Kitchen's kitchen and I can recommend to anyone who wants to have a new kitchen. Thank you Western kitchen for all the planning and excellent work.

I bought a replacement door for a kitchen unit and these guys offered a very fair price, being internet savvy I researched what I should be paying through online competitors but I wanted somewhere local to save delivery fees and these guys came bang on, whilst other kitchen companies in Derby wanted nearly double for the same thing. Which tells me they have integrity with their pricing and I wouldn’t hesitate to get a full kitchen from them in the future. The customer service was great and was kept up to date with my order and told when to collect. ETA was accurate from when I placed the order and within 7 days. Even though it was low value item I felt like I’d been treated as if I’d spent thousands with them. Very friendly and polite - couldn’t be happier with them. Would recommend!

High Quality Kitchen and Excellent Services We visited several kitchen providers in EAST MIDLAND and invited quotations from all of them before we changed our kitchen. Price wise they were similar within 10-20% difference in their top quality range. However the units quality were of a lot difference, certainly WESTERN KITCHEN was better, the structure and the boards were all superior. As for the service at WESTERN we discussed our requirements with the designer and made a few times changes until we felt every kind was exactly what we wanted. Their installation instruction was also very informative. Fitter team was excellent We really love it.

Thumps up for western kitchen ! i bought a kitchen from western kitchen of Chippendale. i booked an appointment with them and had a discussion about my design and material of kitchen after that they sent one of their professional designer to measure my kitchen and gave me variety of tips what is best for my kitchen this made me to buy a kitchen from western kitchen after that they designed my kitchen and they showed me what will your kitchen look like. as they have got selection of colors and branded materials to show their customers. they called me after 2 days for further inquiries they asked me couple of times are you happy with product and then i singed the papers to make sure what i have ordered. then they sorted my delivery dates and timing to receive kitchen delivery after 2 weeks i received my delivery on the exact date i wanted to receive. the delivery mans gave me a good service they put every thing with a great care and attention. as western kitchen have their own professional fitters. they were trust able even i gave them my house keys to get into my house to fit kitchen i was very glad at the point with fitters and their professional work they were awesome in fitting kitchen it took couple of weeks to fit kitchen but the work was in excellent condition they did every thing as i wanted precisely i also had an advantage of fitters they helped me out in some other problems they helped me to sort my kitchen wiring with out any cost that was so impressive. after fitting they visited my house to check any faults or any other problems. the kitchen is so good looking and all my people form neighbor hood and relatives are pretty impress with what i had and with service. western kitchen gave a good service. i would recommend people to buy a kitchen from western kitchen. brilliant keep it up 10/10 Iwan Thomas thanks alot
