R. G.Samples received with in a couple of days, ordered 3 worktops on Tuesday evening & delivered on the Friday, edging strips were missing in packaging but rang the office while I was with the driver & they was posted out same day on next day delivery so received them Saturday morning.

Great worktops, price, delivery and service. So I found the website and couldn’t find the products cheaper elsewhere. I paid for my order then read the terrible reviews which filled me with dread ! However I got a confirmed delivery date within 12 hours of order. Part of my order came signed for delivery. The day of worktop delivery. I got a phone call to say driver was on his way. Yes you do have to help driver with delivery, which is not ideal. However I expect that’s how they keep the costs down. I’m really happy with my worktops, island and upstands. I would definitely buy from them again. It’s a shame about the other reviews (if I read before purchase it would of put me off).

Many of the suppliers are uk based, which is good to see if you are trying to do your eco-bit! I've ordered my samples and look forward to finding the best match for my kitchen doors. This is not an easy service to find in your local shops. A sample can save alot of hassle or disappointment later!

N. N.Samples and worktops arrived as olanned. The problems lie within customer service (or lack of) 2 of the 3 worktops were damaged and after sending an email and having to chase it up approx 10 days later it was clear that they just wanted to make us “go away” and initially suggested the item was not in stock (untrue) and after we refused the initial offer if £40 credit then £50 effectively lied in the hope we would give up!! We paid for perfect worktops which we now have but some customer service might be in order to get 5star reviews.??
We are finally very pleased but it really was a bit of a struggle. Be aware .

R. L.First attempt at ordering samples for some reason did not go through, second went through without a problem. If you need to clear your list if samples, it requires you to obtain token number by phoning them.
So far everything is fine.
B. B.Very good. Got a delivery slot over two days so phoned towards end of first day and was informed if it wouldn't be later that afternoon it would be in the morning. About half an hour later the delivery driver called me to say he would like to deliver first thing in the morning and asked me how early he could come - we agreed and time and he was super efficient. I liked the fact we were kept informed of what was happening. No problems at all with worktops - exactly what we asked for at a great price. No, I don't know the owners this is an honest review from happy customers.

P. R.We have not yet decided on our worktop but HCsupplies appear to have every type and size covered. Requesting a sample could not be simpler.
Just click on the request sample button of the worktop you are interested and enter your detail's before submitting your request. You can also ask for multiple samples to be sent at the same time. This service will go along way when making our final decision on worktop.

A.Such a shame that your communication is so poor because when the worktops finally arrived they are in a fantastic condition & a real bargain, so happy with them & the delivery driver couldn’t have been nicer. Answer your phones, reply to emails & don’t arrange delivery, expect the customer to wait in all day for them not to be delivered without an apology or an explanation. Your product/price is great, it’s just unfortunate that your customer service is not.

Worktops look great & the whole process from start to finish was easy. You will not find this quality of worktop anywhere else at this price & believe me i tried! I can't understand why there are so many similar bad google reviews......maybe it's the competition!!! For the record i am a real customer & this is a honest review. I can't fault this company & i will definitely be using them again.

As yet I’ve not been able to check the worktop thoroughly, but from what I have seen it looks great quality. The company are extremely easy to order from and their prices are competitive. K. H.Brilliant Service – We ordered 2 4m oak worktops on Monday and they were delivered the next day. The men carried the heavy worktops on a hot day, round the back of my house and placed them carefully in my kitchen, ready for installation. Having experienced poor delivery services from other shops recently, I was a bit worried! However there was no need as the 2 man team did it all for me. Would highly recommend.

They have put up all their prices by £10 since lock down which is a shame but I guess like every company due to coronavirus they are trying to claw back revenue. Having said that they where still the cheapest for the worktop I wanted. I ordered it,paid for it and have just had my delivery with no problems. I have just had a re-model of the kitchen and the old duropal worktops have just been sold on e bay to a very happy buyer as they were UNMARKED and they were 25yrs old. The new duropal are on cream gloss units and look stunning. Also i would like to thank HC SUPPLIES for there brilliant service. They were delivered on same day as i asked them to deliver them. Also had trouble with my credit card and accidently ordered them twice but when i rang up to explain the situation they understood and instantly credited back onto my card.
