What an exceptional team of people. We went to the shop and found a couple of beds we liked. We did not feel pressured to buy it there and then. We returned later the same day and decided to pick the bed we wanted. The shop was soon closing but the lady continued to help us. Delivery of it was exceptional. They changed the day on my request and the two gentleman who came were just lovely. They paid great attention to putting the frame together and took great care when fetching it in. They even helped me by putting the mattress onto the frame which had already been delivered and unwrapped it for me. I phoned the shop to pass on my thanks and want to make sure they are recommended! We have called to look round Burrows furniture a few times and not bought anything. We think it’s the best display of furniture around. Never seen such an array of sofas,beds,dining furniture and accessories,the choice is amazing. The last time we called about 7 weeks ago we bought an oak kitchen table and chairs. The thing is there was so much choice I didn’t know which chairs to buy. I think it was Peter that was assisting us and we must have had him trying every chair in the store to see which we liked best and which fitted the table best. Well all I can say is he must have had a job putting all those chairs back where he got them from. Delivery was estimated about 6 weeks and it was all delivered a few days before that. So well done on delivery. I wouldn’t hesitate to call here first if I ever want anything else.

Great furniture shop, it's massive, if you can't find what you want here, you don't know what you want! Sue and Sandra can't do enough for you, no pushy salesmanship, just sound advice The furniture they sell here is so obviously top quality and priced very well. Suite got delivered today. John and Jonathan were brilliant, great pair of lads. Worked their socks of, took all packaging away and sorted all the legs out. Nothing too much trouble. Last year we purchased a lovely dining table and chairs and found the range of products exceptional and the staff more than helpful but definitely not in your face but genuinely happy to help! So much so when we wanted some new sofas recently it was our first choice of shops to go and as expected they had just what we were looking for! Friendly and non-pushy assistance. Wonderful choice of all kinds of furniture - wish we had more rooms to put it in! Prices very reasonable. What we particularly like is the delivery which includes assembly! Instead of the two of us spending hours assembling the wardrobe we recently bought (as we had to do when another well-known bedroom furniture store delivered a wardrobe a couple of years ago) two men arrived and did all the work for us! We recently called at the showroom with the aim of finding some furniture for a three bedroomed holiday home at the coast. We were so impressed with the service and friendly approach that we furnished the whole place from here. A special mention must go to Sue for her expert knowledge of items that she could source, even though they were not on display. Without exception, all the staff here were superb, the store is well planned out with a wide range of styles and free coffee was on offer! The showroom was a lot larger then I had thought when passing by, plus it was filled with top quality items to suit many tastes. The staff were very helpful and not desperate for a sale at any cost.
