One of the best kitchen manufacturers in the UK - excellent quality cabinetry & doors and responsive service. As a kitchen studio, we have sold kitchens from a range of manufacturers both British & European, and through the years Omega has become our primary supplier for their balance of quality, support & professionalism. Yes, you will find cheaper, but I have yet to find a higher quality overall package and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Hi, I purchased a Sheraton fitted kitchen from a local supplier in 1998. The product has worn very well indeed but recently a plastic clip securing the inside of a false drawer front broke. Considering the age of the kitchen I contacted Omega more in hope than anything and was delighted how helpful they were. A pleasant young lady asked for images of what was needed and shortly afterwards the clip arrived complete with a spare. I would like to thank everyone at Omega for their excellent customer service.

This is a brilliant company that I recommend without hesitation. The quality of their cabinets is excellent - beautifully made and study - but I had an issue with a door after 2 years, and Omega replaced it immediately under guarantee without any quibbling. I always think that you really find out what companies are like when something goes wrong, and Omega's customer support couldn't have been better. I will definitely buy my next kitchen from them too.

We made arrangements to view the showrooms, the staff on Reception were very helpful and gave us a date and time to visit. The showrooms are outstanding and very impressive to see. We chose our kitchen and we went for the rigid as opposed to the RTA as this would save time and effort having them erected. The quality of the kitchens are excellent. The hanging mechanism for the wall fittings are a great design and easy to fit. We couldn’t be more happier with the kitchen we chose the staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help. 5⭐️

Got my Sheraton Kitchen units from Omega. Fantastic quality. Love all my drawer units especially - so much easier to find things. They advertise the drawers as being able to hold 16 stone and the sales rep stood in one to prove it! I highly recommend.

Delivery is on time and very rarely are any of the items missing or out of stock. If any goods arrive damaged, they are very responsive and no quibble. Great service within the warranty scheme. In July 2015 we had a fully fitted Mackintosh Linear kitchen installed by a local supplier who ceased trading a year later. After five and a half years one of the small handleless drawer mechanisms failed. Omega Customer Services (Amy and Nikki) managed to hunt down the original order so that a replacement could be provided within the warranty scheme. Their technical team (Stephan) was able to provide detailed instructions for me to fit a completely new modified mechanism and the replacement drawer is functioning fully. Well done to all involved in resolving this issue.

Beautiful showroom on two floors. We made an appointment through our designer as this is not open to the general public unless appointments made. Lots of choice and well laid out. Amy was brilliant at showing us around and offered lots of help. Thank you also to the receptionist who was friendly and helpful. The company gave adhered to Covid guidelines. One of the nicest showrooms we have visited and you are able to view the units being made in the factory.
