What a great shop. We were kitting out a whole kitchen and the team were fantastic helping us and even helped us carry the 7 bags back to the car. Fantastic quality products and some incredible warranty’s.

Love ProCook! I went in for some reusable tray liners, as they are good quality. They have a wonderful variety of cooking implements, and I own several pans. All have long guarantees. I think 20 years. Staff are friendly & full of knowledge. Worth paying that bit extra, as everything wears so well.

Mixed review Arrived in store to replace our saucepans. We were greeted and offered assist name. We found the member of staff very knowledgeable and helpful giving us time to consider our purchase and provided the best combination price for the set we chose. The problem we has was that when we got home one of the pans had not been packaged up. This caused us an extra 35 mile round trip to collect the missing item

I was greated with a hello and a smile when I walked in, and then asked by another colleague if I needed help. I was looking for a mincer, but a decent one as the one I previously had was plastic and didn't last long. I was advised to by a heavy duty one, and at a decent price. They also took my email address as that secures the warranty. Very happy with service overall :)

I was impressed with the member of staff who served us. I wanted a new set of pans specifically for an induction hob. Previous purchases of pans for this type of hob were unimpressive as some pans did not work effectively and I was nervous about trying to buy a suitable set. I needn't have worried - she provided me with a comprehensive overview of the sets I was interested in so I was able to make an informed choice. She also explained how I could combine different sizes within the offer that was available. Extremely happy with purchase and yes I will shop at Pro cook again.

I recently found cooking as a new hobby and was on the look for a decent sauté pan. Being new to the whole cooking thing meant I didn't really know what I was looking for but the staff in ProCook were more than helpful in assisting me find exactly what I needed. They even talked me through how to properly maintain my new purchase. Great shop which is very reasonably priced with friendly staff. Will definitely be returning.

Excellent service lovely lady explained the different offers and ranges. We came away with a set of 7 pans for our new induction hob. I won't be using them for a few month as our house is still under construction but with a 25yr guarantee the offers were too good to miss.

Found exactly what I was looking for in the cutlery, but, this branch did not have enough teaspoons. Becky came to help and said that she would find some teaspoons in the colour that I wanted in another branch and they would post them to me. The teaspoons arrived yesterday and I have a full set now. Absolutely delighted with all my purchases from here and would recommend to anyone - excellent products at reasonable prices and the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

Whilst visiting Pro Cook in Lakeside Doncaster, the young assistant was very helpful in pointing me to the correct cookware. There were a lot of special offers and as I have purchased your cookware previously, I took advantage of this. All staff are extremely polite and knowledgeable, especially the young girl who pointed out that if I registered, that would automatically give me 10 years guarantee on my purchase. Extremely happy with the store and my purchases now and in the past.

My first time visit to Doncaster's Lakeside Village shopping centre was an eye-opener. I was attracted to the colourful display of products at the Pro Cook shop and made several purchases with the much needed help of the store's Customer Service reps. They were very knowledgeable about the products I wanted and were very courteous when giving an example of how the products were meant to be used. I will certainly pay them a visit again when I travel to Doncaster in the not too distant future!!!

Really helpful staff products not cheap but I know you get what you pay for having already experienced cheaper cookware that was supposed to be induction ready and worked very badly. Only comment on the ProCook products was the difficulty in removing the labels inside the pans, they s[lit and had to be soaked then scrubbed off

So after going in one or two more shops to no availe, we went into Procook and the staff were very helpful, and showed us were the knives were we got the type knives that we were looking for. So the morel of this review is that Procook will be our first port of call next time we visit Lakeside

I have yet to use the new elite forged 6 piece pan set we bought from procook, but if the quality is only half as good as the customer service we received then we have bought an amazing product, well done procook for actually caring about the customer, would highly recommend.

Our first visit to ProCook and it won't be our last.My husband retired from the building trade and decided to take over the cooking.He swapped his trowel etc.for cooking tools.Having decided to try stirfrys he wanted a spiralizer.We were very happy with the service at this store,and with the quality goods that it stocks.Only downside was that he wanted to get rid of all of my other stuff and start afresh with new from ProCook.
