Bought an office chair for my home working environment after experiencing back-pain from chairs I bought elsewhere. Tom invited me to the showroom and let me try out a range of chairs, discussing their advantages and helping me to pick out the perfect chair for my body-type and needs. I bought the Luxury High Back Mesh Chair and have found it both highly comfortable and supportive, and I no longer feel the backpain I experienced with other chairs. The chair was delivered promptly, fully assembled, by a friendly delivery-person who demonstrated all of the chair's customisable features. Excellent customer service and very high quality products, would definitely buy from ECOS again.

Tom was unstinting in spending time, providing detailed expert advice on a range of office chairs, highlighting features that might best suit our needs. We were under no pressure to purchase. On the contrary he suggested that we go off and reflect further but we were already sold on the quality of the product. This has simply been reinforced in using the chair. In regard to delivery, the chair arrived exactly at the time specified; with very helpful delivery and instructions from David. In short: ECOS provided excellent service.

Very helpful meeting at the warehouse was followed by more helpful discussion over the phone as I was finally making my choices. Tom was happy to try out a new combination of base and gas spring for me. Custom colour was no problem. The chair arrived in double quick time, as promised, and was a doddle to assemble. Just bought a second lot of L Bench desks from Tom at ECOS Furniture - excellent service (again). Our firm wanted something to work with some of the older L bench desks so Tom came to see our current set up and sent us recommendations (all priced up) and also let us see samples of the quality of the desks at their unit. Tom pushed the order through to meet our deadline. Our new offices were not quite ready when Darren and Ian arrived with the desks to assemble so they came really early the morning we were due to move in and assembled the desks in time for staff arriving that day. They also came back at the end of the day once our old desks had arrived to make them down to the correct size to fit in the new office so that all our staff would be fully operational ASAP. The whole team went above and beyond in terms of service and professionalism - simply cannot say enough good things about ECOS and the team.

Having my home office fitted recently turned out to be the easiest, friendliest and most personalised service I have ever encountered.
My wife and I had been pulling our hair out trying to find the best solution for our new home-office as we were tired of the cobbled together room we were spending increasingly more time in. After a brief telephone call with their sales team we went for an office visit to talk about our needs. Within a few days we had 2D plans of the room layout with multiple options for us to consider. All we had to do was tweak the design we liked and then choose our colour scheme from a vast array on offer.
I, being genetically difficult when it comes to specifications, wanted a standing corner desk - something they don't normally sell. However, they worked with the builders and suppliers and created exactly what I wanted - all within the pre-stated 15 working days from order to delivery.
Their very friendly and obviously knowledgeable (and free) installation team arrived on time and were gone within a couple of hours having had to solve a few problems along the way (cupboard too big for door).
I couldn't recommend this company enough. Down to earth, friendly, efficient and do what they say they will do, at the time they arranged to do it.

ECOS differs from so many suppliers, in that there is a greater feeling of personal attention to the client, and that those at the warehouse end do communicate with each other to get the furniture supplied. Many other companies suffer from an overwhelming size, that leaves you feeling a very small component of the transaction. Not so here. The deliveries are friendly and efficient and, for that, dealing with ECOS represents very good value for money.
